Perfect for what we needed
Size is small but that's exactly what we needed to go with a school costume. My son is 7 and size fit perfectly. Material is good too.

Utter rubbish
This was bought for my 9 year old to be part of a Viking outfit. It is very very poor quality tat so it is going back.As soon as I saw the box it was delivered in I knew it was tiny. It’s going back and he will have to do without. I’m not wasting money on this.Photo with small banana for scale!

The sword arrives broken but we only needed the shield. Smaller than expected but still did the job

It’s ok
I really didn’t like this set. It’s very cheaply made plastic and it is much smaller than you think it will be, although I read the other reviews so I was expecting it.I have given it three stars because the kids love it, it looks quite realistic and it fits in their hands well.I will say one other thing though it’s pretty dangerous, the sword is very thin and kind of sharp. We have told them that you can’t fight with it.

Very small and overpriced
£10 for this sword and shield set is a joke. It's something you would pick up in Pound land for £1. Both the sword and shield are about a third the size you would reasonably expect them to be. They are both made from cheap plastic.

It’s very small.
The look of disappointment on my daughter’s face when she saw it ! The sheild is smaller than her head and she is 10. It’s so small.Shame as it looks quite good.The sword was a bit bent and flimsy.I reckon Poundland would be the best place to retail this.Obviously wish I had seen the reviews before spending over £7.As it’s just for a day at school I will pop it in the charity bag after it’s been used.
