I have rheumatoid arthritis off and on for 10 years in my knees elbows and lower back. I had a really bad flame up of Rheumatoid arthritis around 8 weeks, extremely painful and I could hardly walk. Two years ago I took Gopo to ease the pain which worked but was very expensive. As Rosehip is a natural anti-inflammatory I thought I would try this product. I have been taking it for 3 weeks, 3 tablets a day with 5mg of steroids (I was taking 25mg steroids in the first two weeks and slowly reduced) and I feel great. I can get out of bed in the morning and walk straight away. Sometimes with a small ache which only lasts afew minutes until my legs have warmed up or no pain at all. its amazing! I can do my high energy work outs again, 5 times a week with no pain. In 3 weeks time I plan to stop taking the steroids altogether as I believe this rosehip product is all I need.

I've started taking rosehip tablets to help relieve joint pain I can't take ibrufen and thought that rosehip would be a good alternative I have discussed this with my doctor and she has agreed after locking on an arthritis website that they are worth taking

I have been taking 3 Tablets per day of Rosehip double strength for a little over a week and there is a definite improvement (around 50%) in pain levels due to arthritis.

Absolutely love this it’s helped me greatly reduced inflammation and has given me a great amount pain relief from scatica, and osteoarthritis also helps with mobility

Whether these tablets help or not, I cannot say, as I use a combination of natural ingredients in tablet or capsule form. I have RA, affecting mainly both hands and left shoulder. Mornings are worse, but by evening time I am fairly free in movement, though slight pain. Only time will tell.

I can only speak on mild chronic pain and bacterial breakouts (not fungal acne/Malasseszia), but this stuff really does work for me - I purchased this 16 months agoI can move freely and workout again without sounding like bubble wrap being popped, or without feeling like my hips and knees are one movement away from a trip to A+E!As for skin, I was curious to see if this would help as I loved the effects of rosehip oil but not the heaviness of it on my face and wow I could count the breakouts I’ve had on one hand!There isn’t any off-putting or extreme flavour to me, actually I don’t notice oneLastly, I have taken it relative to pain, so if I felt *dire* I’d take 4 rather than the recommended 1-3I hope this helps!
