This is the best printer I have used. Easy setup, easy to use and great quality. Fast clear printing. I highly recommend this for business or personal use. I have replaced all my thermal printers with this brand and haven’t had any issues.

i’ve been eyeing up this label. Printer for a while now. Finally, I caved and was able to buy it on sale. Taking it out of the box I was amazed by how compact and small the printer is self is. It came with some extra labels to test out but I also bought the same brand labels for this printer. I also love that it doesn’t need the same brand labels and I can use any 4 x 6. after printing a test run for an order, I was surprised by how seamless the printing process was. It was super easy to set up, and the instructions were very clear. The speed of the printing was just as I expected, and even a little bit faster than I had hoped. The ink, or rather, I say no ink, thermal ink worked perfectly, and didn’t smudge. I really like the idea and story behind the brand, and this printer definitely held up to its best reviews.

I found the setup for this little printer easier than I expected, and am happy to have such a compact little label printer for my small business. I had been wanting my own thermal label printer for a while, and ordered this one hopeful that it would do the job. I was a little hesitant initially because I thought the setup might be confusing or that getting it to print properly on the label paper could be challenging, but both of these were easy to figure out! After one practice try, it was printing nice, centered labels! It prints very quickly, doesn't need ink, and I found that the answers to my setup questions were already in the guide it comes with. I've included a little video setting it up and printing a label, along with some photos of it. I didn't realize it would also come with some labels to use, which I appreciated. Exceeded my expectations- would recommend!

I purchased this printer for my home business, based on reviews and price point. Initial setup was simple; just plug in, align labels and install print driver as the instructions say. No problem there. I usually use USPS Click-n-Ship and this printer did NOT work with this application (via the USPS website). After two hours I was ready to return the printer. As a last-ditch effort I went to a third-party shipping platform on the advice of a family member (Pirate Ship). I was able to print first class postage labels there (had to download a pdf and print from that), but NOT Priority mail. I changed browsers, tweaked printer settings, made sure driver was up to date, etc etc etc. After another couple hours of fighting with it, including a call to the shipping platform help line, still couldn't get it to print properly. Paper size settings disappeared. I finally gave up and returned it - not worth the headache!! Do yourself a favor, spend the money and get one of the well-known brands like Dymo, Zebra, Brother or Seiko (which is what I did). Worth the extra cash for proper software and drivers, as well as quality tech support.

I've been wanting this printer for a while and I finally got the chance to buy it. To be honest, I was a bit confused at first with the contents. I was like, "Why did they give me a free USB drive?" It's NOT empty! The drive holds the files for drivers, manual, and FAQ! After I got that down it was easy to follow instructions to download the driver to my MacBook. From there, I didn't know if I needed to download another app to use the printer, but nope! It prints whatever you want. Loading the labels was so simple too. The box has some labels for you to try out the printer, which I did. Just look at what I printed. LOL. This was a button I made for my desktop and I figured I'd try it out. The print quality is great! If you're on the fence, hop on over and join the crew of Munbyn printer owners. I'm excited to make labels for ALL THE THINGS.

Most reliable and used product I have ever owned when printing labels for my business, saved me hours and hours of work and I couldn’t be happier with the product!

Update: Munbyn's customer service was excellent, saw my review and helped me replace the printer with one that's working much better. I really appreciate the support. I replaced it with the higher resolution version (300 DPI) which is just a little more expensive (still a great deal!) but prints much more clearly and consistently. I haven't had an issue even on days when I am printing a dozen or so labels. So, I'd probably steer away from the lower end model and upgrade, if I were you. But also don't hesitate to reach out to customer support because they really did make it right. I love the idea of this little thermal printer for my eCommerce business. It worked well for the first month or so; but then it got gummed up. I thought this is because I didn't have a label holder, so the labels would get stuck and then cause gumminess on the printer head. But even after I purchased the label holder which keeps the labels from getting caught, whenever I do a larger run of labels (we're talking 10ish at a time), I'm having major quality issues and I'm spending so much time and so many labels getting shipping labels to print properly. I've tried all of the things I could find online to help with resolution quality, but it always comes down to cleaning the printer head with alcohol. But this takes so much time. I'm not even doing real volume yet! I totally regret not purchasing a more reliable model (re: more expensive!)

I have nothing bad to say about this printer. I have been using them as labels for my popsicle business for 6months now. Great label printer at a very reasonable price. I had a minor inconvenience with the printer feeder not working but customer service answered back my email after 30mins and gave me detailed instructions on how to fix it. Very helpful and attentive. I also like how they have a Q&A section on their website in case you run into any other issues. If you’re thinking about getting this printer, I say go for it.

Ich habe lange mit einem Thermoprinter geliebeugelt und jetzt wo er da ist, will ich ihn nicht mehr wegdenken. Flexibel sein mit dem Etiketten-Druck für Pakete ist toll und die Zubehörauswahl wie Stickerfarbe groß. Die Einrichtung war etwas tricky, da mir nicht klar war, ob es App-gesteuert ist aber man kam schnell dahinter.

l'imprimante est parfaite (après quelques réglages pas toujours faciles) pour imprimer des étiquettes d'expéditions. Par contre, n'espérez pas imprimer des étiquettes de qualités pour mettre sur des coffrets-cadeaux ou des stickers pour offrir. L'impression n'est pas précise, et de mauvaises qualités. Elles bavent. Ne coyez donc pas les belles vidéos présentées sur les réseaux sociaux. de plus ce modèle n'est pas Bluetooth contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur la fiche produit. Dommage produit pratique pour les étiquettes d'expéditions, mais rien d'autre !
