4-Way Tap Connector

This Hozelock 2‑way tap connector is excellent quality and does exactly what it promises. It’s perfect for running two hoses or irrigation systems from a single outdoor tap, and the independent flow valves make it easy to adjust or shut off each side separately. The connector feels sturdy and well‑built, with a secure, leak‑free fit once attached. The seals are tight, and both outlets maintain strong water pressure even when used simultaneously. Fitting it took less than a minute—no tools needed—and it’s compatible with all my existing Hozelock fittings. It’s a great solution for anyone with multiple watering zones or who wants to split a tap between a sprinkler and a hose. Reliable, easy to use, and built to last—highly recommended.

I really like the quality of these, they feel like fairly strong plastic. I bought one a couple of years ago and it is still working, so I would say it's quite durable. The connectors have a rubber seal which help prevent leaks and I've not had an issue, especially when using PTFE tape before screwing them on. It also has another connector at each end so that in theory you could daisy-chain these together and allows you to swap between the supply coming in from the left or coming in from the right. I connect mine to some Sonoff SWV (Smart Water Valves) so that I can automate all of the watering of the plants and the grass. I would recommend bringing it in over winter though to increase its lifespan and especially so that water doesn't freeze in it. You can take it off easily because you fix the bracket with a hook on it to a wall (or in my case a small post) and then you just slot the 4-way connector into the hook. The individual taps allow you to either fully open or partially open the value for each tap, which can be quite useful for irrigation systems where you might not want the full pressure. I wouldn't say that it's particularly cheap, but I've bought cheaper ones before and you just end up buying more of them in the same time period.

Very easy to fit and no leaks at all !! I have to hose end as well, make sure you get genuine Hozelok imitations are a waste of money.

I bought this to replace a brass effect one that I had attached directly to the tap spout. Despite plumbing tape, that one was never water tight, always leaked and the levers to open or close the flow were really difficult to use as they were small and uncomfortable. It being low down at tap height didn't help. This hozelock one has solved all that and is cheaper too. I've installed it at waist height so it's easy to access and I was surprised to find it's totally water tight out of the box. I bought new plumbing tape but haven't needed it! The knobs to open and close flow are a bit stiff, but they are much more comfortable and easier to use. It came with several connectors already, so I just ran a short piece of hose from the tap to the unit and connected everything up. Very pleased. Ideal solution for me so far.

I bought this item to replace a Y type splitter that constantly kept leaking. This product is robust and well made, easy to use and no leaks thus far. Gives the ability for me to use front and back watering hoses and is also fairly compact and discreet. A little pricey for a piece of plastic but if it lasts then no worries.

At first I was delighted with the set up. I sealed each connection with plumbers tape and it was all good. After about 2 months of use the whole casing is now pouring out water. The leakage is not coming from the taps or connectors it's the actual casing! At first it was a dribble for a few days and within a couple of weeks it's losing so much water it's like I just have an open tap running. I can't see how I can solve this. Pointless item.

Der Verteiler ist spitze. Anders als bei anderen renommierten Marken platzt oder reißt keine Naht nach 2 Jahren. Der Verteiler ist hochwertig verarbeitet und die Drehknöpfe lassen sich auch nach Jahren und etwas Silikonspray noch einfach drehen und alles ist dicht!! Top kann man nur sagen. Ich ersetze unseren alten Verteiler nur da dieser über die letzten 8-10 Jahre von der Sonne stark angegriffen wurde und daher nicht mehr schön aussieht. Siehe Bild. Endlich mal nicht nur laut Werbung top Qualität die dann nach kurzer Zeit defekt ist. Gut sind auch die Schlauchverbinder. Sind super dicht auch nach Jahren. Kleiner Tip: Die O-Ringe 1-2 im Jahr fetten. Habe bis heute daher noch keinen tauschen müssen. Der Verteiler lässt sich für den Winter leicht abnehmen. Der Halter bleibt an der Wand. Das macht den nix aus.

Excelente producto a un precio excepcional. Incluye soporte de pared y dos conectores rápidos para manguera. El conector principal puede ponerse a la derecha o izquierda según necesidad. Con cuatro mangueras conectadas no gotea en ningún momento. Si abres dos grifos a la vez lógicamente se nota la bajada de caudal, pero para lo que yo necesitaba es perfecto.
