I've given this product a try, don't usually try these things but it was appealing to me.I'm going to give this review and also update it in a few weeks and if I stick with it, another month or so, as I want to give a longer term honest review.It has now been a full week of taking this, it is very simple to take, a small scoop is within the powered pack and despite the suggestion of a full scoop, I've been taking half to see how this goes. You tip the powered under your tongue and just leave it there for 20 seconds as it dissolves. I take this first thing in the morning after a glass of water. I tried this before water in the morning and it takes longer to dissolve as your mouth can be too dry. It is like putting salt under there, a little gritty feel but goes very quickly.I feel the effects pretty quick and so far there have been several positive improvements.Eye sight, I just feel more sharper and clearer in my eyes. It is hard to explain but it defiantly feels clearer, the same reaction as you get from putting on new glasses where they are so clean.Alertness, I have not needed any coffee when I get to work, in fact I am having my first one in 5 days right now, and that is because it is a Friday habit, but I'm not doing it to get the caffeine kick.Appetite, This could be a game changer for me. It has completely switched off my appetite, now when I eat I am eating because I am really hungry, not just because of sake. Or eat snacks, just because they are there. I've been trying to lose some more weight for years, and despite upping my exercise, I also seem to eat more so I don't get the benefit. Really looking forwards to updating you all on this one in a few weeks.Fitness, Ok so this was not listed as a benefit, but then the early science is still early on this, so they don't know all the benefits. I've been a member of an Athletics club for 8 months and my 200m sprint times have been 38-39 seconds for most of that time, coming down slowly but not much. This week I ran the 200m in 33.5 seconds! Then after 2 mints rest, I ran it again in 34.8 seconds! My coach asked me what I had been taking in the last couple of weeks to reduce the time by 5 seconds, just like that! I just said I felt really good and energised and let myself go. I also knocked 10 seconds off my 1,000m race, again usually only comes down a second or two a month. So again a significant improvement. I look forward to my 5k Park run tomorrow to see how that turns out, will update afterwards.Side effects, nothing what so ever, so far, but I will be watching and will indicate if I find any.Just for the record, I am a 47 year old male, and also despite this additional energising feeling, I sleep well, so no ill effects that caffeine can give you.Update after using it for 3 weeks. Still 100% recommend it, I love how it has stopped me constantly wanting to eat, it has completely switched off my thoughts of wanting to eat, even when my stomach starts rumbling, my brain still doesn't tell me to eat. Which is nice as I really enjoy it when I do. As time goes on, I am finding I need less food now, and also losing weight slowly.I've even got my wife trying this now, she is 1 week in and agrees that it has suppressed her appetite, but is still at that stage of wanting to eat, just for the sake of it. I said to give it another week or two before that starts to go.Final update - Week 4. The wife is still using it and feeling the benefits I described above. I have just purchased the 3 pack as it works out £38 cheaper that way. Still pricy but I don't mind paying for something if I feel/see the benefits.

There is no taste but this stuff does what it says and is at a fair price for a change.

Three months of use. Noticeably more energy particularly in the afternoon, avoiding necessity of a power nap. Taking in combination with NADH supplement. (age 55)

I mean its expensive, at 15mg for £25 is crazy expensive.And for £25 which like gold dust you want to make sure you make last for 30 days you dont even get a way of measuring dosage like a 500mg or 250mg spoon ? How else will I measure it ?This for me is like a test pack to see if I carry on or not but if I cant even measure it properley then I would rather send it back.

I plan on taking this nmn for 100 days as an experiment.I’ll check back here in 100 days, unless I forget

Love the powder, have so much more energy, aches & pains are disappearing! Would definitely recommend the powder over capsules lasts longer even though the initial costs more! Love the product!!

As it’s a health product, I haven’t felt the benifits yet as I takes time to feel the effects. Thus I have no comment at this time I can’t give a star rating because of the afore mentioned reasons
