Very worth having!
I’m so glad I finally bought this. No more replacing batteries every couple of weeks. It keeps the batteries well charged. It was easy to connect to my camera and easy to mount to our shed. You can move it when needed to get the best sunlight. So far this works very well.

This solar panel keeps my outdoor camera 100% charged
Very happy with the solar panel wired to my outdoor cam plus. The solar panel is keeping the rechargeable battery at 100% health. Nice that I did not have to wire up the camera and will not have to change out the battery.

Good solar panel
Keeps my ring flood light charged up all the time. I'm happy with the solar panel. I would recommend this and I will put this on more ring products as I get them in the future.

Ring came through and made good on a failed device
This is an edited review to replace the 1-star, terrible review I left a month or so back. The solar panel we purchased had some sort of failure within the panel itself, we suspect it had a short in the connector. It never worked properly right from the start, and got worse with time. It was actually draining the batteries at about ten times the rate of normal use without the panel. So I did a 1-star review because the return window had closed.Some companies DO read their reviews, and some companies even CARE about their products - turns out Ring is one of them. A Customer Service agent (Rudy) from Ring reached out to us and he and I spent at least three hours on the phone in two separate sessions, troubleshooting the issues and trying various options. Ultimately we concluded that the panel was faulty, and then we discovered that it had also fried the camera I had it connected to.End result - Ring has replaced both the faulty solar panel AND the fried camera! In my head, the verdict is still out on whether the solar panel is a good option, but I can't in good conscience leave the review at 1-star after the effort Rudy went through to make it right. I'm bumping it up to four stars, but Rudy gets at least FIVE!Bottom line for the buyer - if you have a problem with a Ring product, and you write a lousy review, be ready to be heard and helped!

Good to charge
Works with the ring camera, keeps the battery charged. No need to use a ladder to change out, especially on a slant landscape

Must have for Ring Spotlight Cams
If you don't want to pay for a electrician this is your solution. I have three that are remote and recharge the batteries in my Ring Spotlight Cam. Been using one for three years with zero issues.
