Good quality and fit. Keeps the rain out and can wear a jumper below on colder days

Decent enough but a tight cut. Would advise you get a size up from your normal size. Why manufacturers do this is beyond me. Should be standard but hey ho. The corduroy collar ripped but to be fair this could have been an alcohol related casualty rather than a manufacturing casualty as the general quality of the jacket is decent. It’s no Belstaff or Barbour but you don’t have to sell your first born child to buy it.

I Dont normally write product reviews (time) The jacket looks and feels really nice with a nice weight to it. I used to ride bikes all my life up untill my son arrived 6 years ago but still wanted something to walk the dog in or go to the pub without the anorak plastic trainspotting old man look. I am a 44 inch Chest and this fits snug with clothing underneath. The only tiny gripe i had was that the Brass Buttons are a tad on the bright side,this was easily solved by carefully using a scouring pad to give them a brushed nickel look. Edit i used Liver of Sulphur solution (also known as Ammonium Hydro-Sulphide) to add an aged vintage the brass, brush it on carefully and re-apply until you get the aged look,£3 off ebay Like the other Reviews before say you can easily look to pay a healthy 3 figure price for the same Quality. Spot on!.

I bought this jacket last December. I am very pleased with it. The quality is fantastic for the price. I used to have a Belstaff jacket years ago, and that was no better than this one. It's very comfortable, well made and properly waterproof. The zips and press studs are well made out of brass. The belt that was shipped with my jacket was a bit too big for me, so I contacted Speedwear last week. They replied to me immediately, and sent me a new one, and told me to keep the other one. Very good, polite service. I will definitely be buying from Speedwear in the future, and would recommend this jacket to anyone.

This is a great jacket as it is new it will be more comfortable with time.. I ordered a Med and got a Large instead . I am a size 38 chest and with a jumper will be fine . I am not sure how warm it will be in the Winter as it is a bit thin , like I said with a jumper underneath it should be ok. For the price its a great jacket and I would recommend it .

Having read all the other reviews of this jacket I thought I'd give it a whirl and was not disappointed. Before ordering through Amazon I went to the retailers website to make sure I ordered the size I needed. They have their own sizeing chart on their website but I thought I'd still check with them just to be sure. They replied to my e mail extremely quickly and courteously. I have a 42" chest so was advised to order a 'L'. This is a good fit, with enough 'slack in the system' to allow for a jumper etc to be worn comfortably underneath. The quality of the jacket, stitching, press studs and general finishing is excellent. In all an excellent jacket with service to match.

Had the jacket fitted as one would expect a 3 x XL then it would have been fin and i wouldnt be dissappointed
