Really pleased; much better than expected and good value. Both sides of the holder is made of plastic and it has a hanging hole at the top of the plastic holder so it can be hung on a screw/a nail for convenience and easy use. This means that you can store the holder near the trellis etc. so that when you need a tie you can simply pull out a piece of wire, use the integral cutter, (that is fixed to the bottom of the plastic holder), to cut the length of wire that you want to size and away you go. - Simples. We have no idea why some have referred to a cardboard back as both sides, (front and back on the one that we received was made of plastic and no cardboard existed).

it's as advertised, ad works well - the wire uncoils readily when needed, and the intregal cutter means you don't need a knife, or scissors. it hangs up too when not needed.

Well priced for the amount you get. Has a myriad of uses from gardening to DIY to holding up bird feeders to acting as clips for frozen food bags. The clip thing works well also, we just hang the pack up with the rest of the useful household/kitchen tools we currently have. Adequately packed for the post and arrived a day before quoted. Excellent.

Just what I was looking for. Always finding a use for the length of coated wire that things come sealed with and I now own100 metres of it for a very good price!

When I bought this, I was looking for something as close as I could get to the plastic-covered wire I have been using (and re-using) in my garden for a good many years past. It is very similar, and the wire inside the plastic seems to be much the same. The plastic coating is not as broad, however (2mm, rather than 3mm). Still, perhaps it is better to bring one-third less plastic into the world. (I do also use hemp twine where appropriate – that and my always re-using whenever I can are much of why a single coil of this lasts me for many years.) In practical terms, it seems to be much the same in use: good enough, and nothing actually wrong with it.

Did the job but was too much money for what it was. More like a £1 item

I use this at work for makeshift antennas for WiFi and cellular networks when proper antennas are in low supply. You get a lot of wire for your money, it's a good thickness too (for my purposes - too thick and it won't fit in the antenna wire slot), the snip at the bottom is easy to use. Generally speaking, it's a bit of metal with plastic on that I tend to take off. Given the strength of the wire itself, I can see this being useful for the garden too.

Fil super fin, ne correspond pas à la photo... Le fil n'est pas assez gros pour attacher des plantes comme des rosiers, et tellement fin que ça doit les couper.
