What? A slick picc sleeve that actually runs BIG?
I've been dependent on my central lines for over a year, and I'm an active wheelchair user. It is always crappy when my port acts up and I wind up having to get a piccline for awhile, as piccs + manual wheelchair use = daily aggravation. A good-fitting picc sleeve is essential.I'm also a fat lady, whose upper arms are pretty wide. Most sleeves run super small as compared to straight sizing, and just do more harm than good, so I wind up having to make my own sleeves, something I don't have the time or energy for anymore, as I've gotten sicker and am now TPN dependent. So I'm hooked into my PICC basically 24/7.So after reading some positive reviews and talking to a few friends (who are admittedly skinny) who have this type of picc sleeve, I decided to give it a try.At first I ordered the XL, assuming that sizes were going to run smaller than described on the website, which is generally the case with medical garments. Joke was on me as it was much too big. I was astounded. So I came back to the website, found my size, and ordered a size down, a large. It's pretty close in fit, but honestly I could probably wear a medium one and be more comfortable, as the large is still bunching up a bit and rolling at the top (not helped by the fact that my picc was placed nearly in my armpit, so my my sleeve has to go all the way up to my shoulder, and again, wheelchair user). The fabric is soft, washes well, and doesn't leave pressure marks on your arm. I bruise really easy as part of my medical condition, and most stronger elastics bruise me. This one does not. And the seams are well-crafted.While it's a little expensive, if you are going to have a picc line for the long haul, I highly recommend this sleeve. So much nicer looking than a cut-up old sock or crappy netting that doesn't even contain the extension tubes. And you'll feel better knowing that your sleeve is presentable and lightweight. It adds basically zero bulk to the arm, and it doesn't restrict your motion whatsoever. So you feel more like your picc-less self.

Extremely comfortable with piece of mind
Ok, they are a little on the pricey side, but all-in-all, well worth it! Purchased for our 13yo son who is going through chemo. This product provides him so much comfort and piece of mind- his lumens aren’t dangling around at school and now the weather is cooling off, he can slide his arm in and out of long sleeves without worrying about snagging his lines. He loves having the lines tucked in and close to him, plus the sleeve creates a barrier that keeps the lines from rubbing his arm. We have bought three (1 we accidentally ordered too big) and will probably buy more; due to the price we are buying as we can.

It’s the best one around but it’s a low bar.
So I unexpectedly got a PICC line. The hospital sent me home with a cloth netting tube around my arm. It was extremely itchy. My nurse told there were other options out there and that’s how I found this product. As I looked around, this product had the best reviews and just looked more polished than the others. Based on the sizing guide, I got a large sleeve as my arm is 15.5inches round. It was way too tight. So I got the XL in Slate, Olive and Black. It’s very comfortable. Much better than the cloth netting. The fabric does dry fast. I hand wash them. However, it does stretch out after the first use like others have said. Then it slips down and I have to keep pulling it back up every hour or so. It doesn’t snap back into shape after washing. For some reason though, the Slate one held up better than the other two. Also, I wish it was an inch longer so it could go all the way up my arm. I think that would help keep the sleeve from slipping down. When it comes to value, it’s low. These are pricey for a small scrap of fabric. I’d give it 3 stars if I found something better but I haven’t. It got a bonus star for being the best out of all the bad and ok options.

Makes life with a PICC much easier
I’ve had a PICC line for over 3 months now and ordered two of these sleeves (purple and pink) shortly after getting it installed. They have been so much better than the mesh sleeves, much more comfortable and easier to use. It took a little bit to figure out the best way to put it on - I included pictures to show where I thread the lumens through and how it looks with the bottom half of the sleeve pulled over to cover the lumens. The top of the sleeve does tend to roll down a little over time, but it’s never been too big of a deal. They seem a little pricey for what they are, but personally it has been worth it. I swap my sleeve out every few days so having two has worked out quite well.

Mixed review - comfortable but slips down
This product is much more comfortable to wear than the gauze covers the doctor's office gave me. And, the end of the PICC line never falls out accidentally. But, you need to get the right size. I was definitely into the Large range (a couple of inches above the Medium/Large boundary), so I ordered a Large. Definitely too big. I then ordered a Medium which fit much better. Both covers slip down my arm and have to be pulled up regularly. At this price point I was expecting better performance.

Works perfectly for a picc line
The design is perfect, easy to put on, and keeps picc line protected for every day wear

Great idea but might not work for everyone
In an adult and I don't have a huge PICC, but the placement of my picc and the way it lays on my upper arm doesn't seem compatible with this band. As a bonus piece of information, I am also a registered nurse and have plenty of experience caring for (pediatric) PICC lines in the hospital setting.I purchased it because I have small children and I wanted to keep it safe from small grabby hands while at home. I measured my arm and purchased the band that I was solidly in the middle range of (not close to being too big or small). But I have to decide to either expose the dressing at the bottom near my elbow or the tubing at the top near my armpit, leaving the extension tubing looped out (I am not able to take the extension tubing off for medical reasons). This option makes me nervous because it could easily get pulled or snapped. I also wish that there was more anti-slip grip at the edges. It's frustrating enough that I am often choosing just to wear the 10¢ hospital mesh tube because it's stretchier and keeps things in place better, even if it's not as pretty.

Expensive
This item was great to start with but has slowly stretched through regular use. It’s now become too loose and I’ve had to buy additional items

Comfortable to wear
I gifted a friend this PICC line cover, and the feedback was that it is comfortable to wear, and it offers a good level of protection to the PICC line. The treating team was also well impressed with the product.

Too small to cover anything!
This product was too short to even offer any coverage of my picc line. Thin see through material and poorly made.

a little short for me
circumference is fine, unfortunately i have an extension kit on my PICC line so its extremely difficult for me to use this product and it is consequently to short .If i take my extension kit off it works just fine.
