I encourage iyanla to remove these "barriers" with respect, so everyone can embrace and share in the passages. Many will not pay mind to its brilliance in fear they won't relate to its text or in fear that it isn't socially acceptable to be reading a book made for woman of color if that don't fit that physical character. Let my review assure you: all women, all ages, all races and all religions - this is for you. I pray that this book finds you.

Faith in the Valley is transformative and inspiring.An encouraging, uplifting, true to life book, that is beautifully written. It is a journey on different topics in life. The author keeps it real, Spiritual and offers a lot of ways to self reflect on each page. I recommend reading this one page a day so it fully sinks in. Faith in the Valley brings to light many areas in our life that we may not realize need work. This book will change your life. It is a wonderful resource for those that want to heal their souls, and learn to survive through faith in the valley.

I love this book i actually already read it but I needed to replace

Love, Love, Love this book. It is like a bible of postive affirmations for whatever you are going thru. It helped me through a painful divorce (20 yrs ago) for each page was filled with hope and love. I keep it for whenever I need a tune-up. I have recommended and given this book as gifts many times. I have the paper back version. It is worn and weary. Will be upgrading to the beautiful hard cover soon. I gave this one that I ordered to a grieving relative. I absolutely swear by it.

Amazing book , this is a book you do not have to read in one go. I just pick this book up when I feel I need to. Has helped me when I have felt in a dark place, very positive, enlightening and inspirational. Love this author.

This book is almost like a bible. It's not a book that you read from cover to cover but more as a reference book, where depending on what you may be experiencing in life you can turn to the appropiate passage to give inspiration.
