Easy to use but don’t expect results from just the belt
It's very comfortable to wear, easy to use and pain-free. Battery life is ok, you'll get around 3 or 4, 30-minute sessions out of one charge. The gel pads do deteriorate so best to get spares but make sure you recover them after each use to prolong their lifeYou won’t get a 6 pack and fully defined abs with just this alone but it’s a good addition to a healthy lifestyle and exercise routine

Does what expexted
Not sure on the science behind it, used consistently and didn’t notice much of a difference

Great toner but a little small for us fatties.
This has some good features. The elecronics are contained in a small box that snaps onto the belt through magnets. It needs to be removed for charging through a micro USB cable but lasts a long time between charges. My unit doesn't cahrge very well though. I have to balance the connector carefully to ensure a good connection. I should return it really. There are a good number of workouts and 100 levels of intesity so you can get it just how you like it.The belt itself has one large conductive pad on the front and two side pads, each sticky and provided with a plastic cover to preserve the stickiness. The pads are presumably replaceable once the stickiness on the body side wears off but it remains to be seen how long the pads will work once the stickiness is gone and wheterhe you can actually find replacements. My main complaint is with a 40" waist (now 38" but not due to the toner belt), I can only just fasten it, so it sort of suggests this is made for people who are already fit. Or maybe it says that this isn't gonna help if you are overweight. Checkout the promo video showing peoiple using it who don't need to improve their fitness. Still it feels like it is helping.Lastly it is very expensive so I'm not sure it's great value for money. However cheaper versions won't be as good as this one.

It works
I bought this belt a few months ago, and I got tired of it after a while. The reason was that I needed first to lose excessive fat. This belt does not burn fat, it's not made for that. It's made to tonify the abs muscle, and it does work wonders at that! I started reusing it a couple of months ago, when I had lost quite a lot of excessive fat already and 30 minutes per day dramatically changed my abdomen. I don't even do abs workout anymore, because the belt does it for me without putting any effort in it. Indeed I believe it works even better than If I started to do abs without it. It needs patience and time, and after just a few weeks you can clearly see and feel abs of steel. Please see the attached picture. I don't have a before, simply because I started reusing it just before starting to lose weight so the process was already happening. Please note I am still in the process of losing even more 'excessive' fat in the lower half, but I can feel and slightly see already the abs there, and if i flex I can see clearly. First picture is relaxed, second is when flexing. If this belt is used alongside exercise and a good diet, is perfect, and you can actually even ditch doing abs workout in my opinion. Only downside is having to replace the pads every 25/30 days, and they are not exactly cheap.

Tones muscle, doesn't burn tummy fat.
I know these things aren't supposed to be magical tummy flatteners so I'll start by saying so.I've been using this belt for a a few weeks now on about setting 90/100.It feels like a good workout at the time and the muscles in my stomach feel more toned. But the shape hasn't changed at all. I still have all my dadbod tummy fat.The pads wear out very quickly as well so it has quite a high general running cost.I knew it wouldn't replace some good old fashion crunches but I hoped maybe it would help.If you're a desk jockey hoping this will tone your stomach whilst you work, I'd suggest saving your money. If you're using this as a supplement to exercise then I guess go for it but I feel like stomach exercises would negate the use for this in the first place.I hate to be negative but after having this for a while I don't really see the point in it.

Please have realistic expectations
First of all. Buy an electronic scale and find out your body fat percentage. If it's above 17%. You won't see abs nomatter what you do. You need to improve diet and do more cardio/core excecises. That out of the way. This DOES work and does done by abs very well. Noticeable improvement after 4-6+ weeks depending on usage. My abs felt like jello. Now rock hard. I still need to some down on body fat percentage. But it definitely works by using electric pulses to cause muscle contraction. The first session is very uncomfortable and I recommend you lie down as it will make you a little nauseous but after the 2+ session you will be ready to ramp it up. You will start to feel it at level 20. Maybe 20-25 is good for first session just to get used to the sensation. But the real contractions started at 40+ for me. Bodies may vary. I'm now using it on level 80 after a months of use. And I enjoy the sensation. Very strong. And kind of therapeutic

IT WORKS!
I don't normally do reviews but thought I ought to because I am so happy with the results. I have now been using this for nearly 3 months. 5 to 6 times a week. Generally on setting 75 (started on 100)- DO READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING. I must state that I have been carrying out a daily regime of cycling for 30 minutes before and after work followed by push ups. I started with 3 push ups which nearly killed me and have progressed to 50 within 3 months. I also do some sit ups but not enough as I should because I have started relying on the belt more and more. This regime is easy to carry out as long as you can make it part of your daily routine and you include a balanced diet that focusses on removing fat and increasing protein. I have lost 2.5 stone in 3 months - 15 stone 10 down to 13 stone 4 (I am 6'4), but the most exciting thing is that I have a defined stomach which I can definitely say the Belt has impacted on. I hit 50 in Feb and can hand on heart say that my body has never looked this defined. I am no Shwarzenegger but my body is the best it has ever looked and the belt has definitely assisted in getting there....can't wait to see what my summer body looks like in a couple more months! BMI is now 22.7 down from 26.7. I'm just bragging now :)
