Perfect replacement for my oven bulb. Hop it last long

Perfect. Easy to install, does what it says, good quality, fantastic price. Couldn’t fault it.

I am no stranger to DIY and it was straight forward selecting the right lamp as a replacement for our oven. It was a bit awkward to fit and the lamp legs being soft are prone to bending when pushing home in the fitting. But I managed it and it works, so all is good until the next time, as in my experience these types of lamp don't last long in use as oven lamps, not the fault of the lamp maker but the selection by the oven manufacturer.

Brilliant product

The OSRAM Halogen Oven Lamp is a great replacement for my oven light. It’s dimmable, which is a nice touch, and the 40-watt bulb provides just the right amount of brightness for the oven. The warm white light (2700k) is easy on the eyes, and the bulb works perfectly even at high temperatures over 200 degrees. Installation was straightforward, and it has lasted well so far. A solid choice for anyone needing a reliable oven light. Highly recommend!

This bulb fitted perfectly into our cooker after the last one blew. The old one lasted 6 years. I'm hoping the same brand, being Osram, will last equally as long. I'm glad the advert description had measurements as well, so I knew I needed a T4 bulb because there is also a T3 which I believe is slightly smaller. Glad I could get exactly the same. Wattage and colour temperature so it really is just as if the oven bulb was as before. The packaging wasn't the strongest but the bold survived the postage okay. Not a bad price considering it. It is a specialist bulb and branded of course. So overall happy customer here and I recommend this one.

For those complaining that this is too dim, you likely need a 120v version. This is a 240v bulb, so if you plug it in to a 120v circuit it will be dim. (This is likely the case for most US ovens -- 240 volts in the US is from two 120v lines, and the light will hook up to one of these, so you likely need a 120v bulb). I experienced the dimness of the bulb as others have complained and was disappointed, but I had another repair for my Wolf oven and the repairman ordered factory bulbs -- they were 120v bulbs. In fact, one of them was a Sylvania 120 v bulb, the other a generic bulb. Make sure you know what you need before you order. I'm sure this is a quality bulb for the right circuitry.

Lo compré para el horno ya que se había fundido la que venía de serie, el precio era muy atractivo. Después de probarlo puedo decir que funciona a la perfección e incluso me da la sensación que alumbra algo más que la que tenia puesta antes. Fácil de poner. Mi horno es de los nuevos Balay serie Cristal por si a alguien le sirve de ayuda, comprado este mismo año.

Mi serviva per una lampada da comodino Ikea che non ha più a catalogo, difficile da trovare in zona l'ho presa qui e funziona.
