I have never seen this brand before, but they seem to have some well respected products in a relatively small product range throughout europe, even if not commonly known here in the UK. Which isn't a bad thing because brands like Karcher can bank on a name and provide increasingly shoddy products as the share holders get more and more greedy.I have to say this is great value for the price you pay. I have had the Kärcher ones which was a total drama and eventually ended up getting sent back for a refund, compared to this steam cleaner some of these companies need to up their game.This device well desinged, it has lots of accessories which are conveniently stored in the base compartment (green section) of the device that can either be attached during use or left off if you need less bulk or weight, this also has wheels on it for wheeling about. Additional rods and floor cleaning attachments are in the box and break down for easy storage. The device itself is light and small enough to be carried by its shoulder strap, and the long cord gives you enough play for doing areas where power points are not commonly located like bathrooms. The hose interestingly comes/clips off the body of the device, which a new one on me having had a few steam cleaners over the years and makes sorting out the inevitable coiling you get with the steam hoses less of a drama to sort out and hopefully I won't get the splitting of the hose like the Kärcher ones are prone to.Heat up time is good, you will get water purge so always have a cloth or pan ready just to clear out left over water that comes before the steam. Steam power is good and makes light work of grout lines, grease, caked on dirt etc.Overall I am impressed with this device and wish I purchased one of these over the likes of Kärcher years ago.I hope it doesn't fall foul of the usual failings of steam cleaners. Hoses splitting or coiling so tight you can get anything done, tank seams splitting and water leaking, joint wear which cause painful steam leaks.

Just arrivedI ordered this coz it said its easy to use and it is so far.There is misleading information about it being 3.5 and 4.5 bar. Some of the manufacturers information relates to another model.Although it comes with a cute little funnel for the 0.75 litres of water it says to put in, ensuring it doesn't overflow I cannot see how I'd know if it was full until it overflowed tbh.The selection of accessories are great and the length with the different extensions are ideal for using on the carpet or just keeping away from the steam.I like that it's on wheels and that it's lightweight coz I've found previous steamers too heavy for me to use safely. I felt very safe cleaning the top of the fridge freezer - it was super fast as well.I think the cord from the socket is too short.No idea what dry steam is but surfaces were not too wet afterwards just a wipe over with a cloth was enough.It could benefit from including a measuring jug, having a longer cord and making it clear that after the advertised 50 minutes of use you cannot use it again for 2 hours whilst it cools so that you can refill it.UpdateI discovered that the cleaner can start without the cap for the filling chamber being in.I got distracted after filling up and 5 minutes later boiling water was spurting onto the floorI'd assumed there'd be a safety cut off or something to prevent this from happening given that the cap is locked as soon as the cleaner is switch on.Second UpdateExcellent customer support.One of the accessories snapped and customer services sent a replacement immediately which arrived within 24 hours. Really helpful and knowledgeable UK based staff.

There are so many pluses with this steam cleaner.1. It is light and compact. It even has a strap so you can lift the cleaner up for ease of use.2. Accessories are kept neatly in a small container beneath the cleaner which means no risk of losing any of the accessories.3. There are lots of different accessories for different uses around the home (be sure to attach the lance first and then the accessories fit onto the lance).4. There are different steam outputs (max, med, min).5. Read the instruction booklet first which gives very good tips on how to get the most out of each accessory, and how best to clean different things around the home. I know it's tempting to think you've used a steam cleaner before and that there's no need to read the instructions, but this particular steam cleaner has different setting suggestions for, example curtains versus carpets, so you wouldn't want to ruin either by using the wrong setting.--------The only slight down side is the cable is a tad short for my liking, but I have simply got round this by using an extension and it hadn't overheated (yet, I'll keep an eye on this an update if any problems occur)Overall, this is an excellent compact steam cleaner for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
