Seems easy to use but too early to give an honest opinion

First of all, this device is very simple to use. All you need to do is place it over your knee, adjust the strap so it is secure, plug it in and press the on button.Once the device is on, you have a few options available to you: set the light to constant or pulsing, and you can adjust the amount of time the device will run.Once on, the device is very, very comfortable. It's nicely padded and it looks very modern when on your knee too. You can have it on bare skin or you can have it on other clothes.So, everything to this point has been good! My only real caveat to all this is, I just don't know whether it's doing anything positive in terms of healing. The red light shines from the unit, but after a couple weeks using it, I've not noticed much improvement. You certainly can't feel it doing anything whilst it's on.Jury's still out on this one, but the device itself is comfortable and well-made.

My son is in his thirties and has suffered from painful knees for years. His injuries were mostly due to sports and falling off his bicycle when younger. However, a year ago a car knocked him off his electric bike and his right knee was shattered. Unfortunately, the doctors offered little help, and we tried all manner of knee braces to help alleviate his suffering. It affected his ability to work in his preferred manual jobs. Recently I was waiting for him in a café and watched his approach across the field. It broke my heart to see him limping with pain written all over his face.When I saw the iKeener knee massager I was anxious for him to give it a try. Our previous experiences had left us with little hope but now we had something quite different to try. On receiving the knee massager unit he immediately put it to use. It has adjustable straps providing a secure and comfortable fit and we soon discovered the whole design had been thoughtfully considered with the user in mind. He used a combination of all three modes for about 40 minutes a day while relaxing. The heating pulse mode penetrated deeply providing instant relief from pain and the red light therapy seemed indeed to promote healing. After just a few days the results were clear. His pain was greatly relieved and he was able to move with ease. We have yet to test it over a long period but so far we’re hugely impressed with the results and remain astonished at the thought that at last, we might truly have an answer.I would highly recommend this product it provides relief and hope. The price is cheap when you consider how much the device can transform your life.

Had this for a week, was working fine ad did make a difference to my knee pain. Today I turned it on, it keeps flicking on and then off and then small amount of smoke came out of the device and I could smell burning.Not turning it back on. Sent back, be careful.

This unit is enormous. It reminds me of a motorbike helmet. It's simple to use, does have a few niggles though, but overall its good.I have been using this on both my dog and myself. I've attached pictures. As it gives off no heat my dog will lie there quite happily for 30 minutes having her treatment. I just lay it on top of her knee though, but i have noticed a difference in her already after just a week of treatment. She is riddled with arthritis and had ruptured acl so walking is painful for her. She is already walking better after her treatments with this.I have arthritis in my knee, i also had all my meniscus cartilage removed so my knee is very painful. However, 30 minutes of treatment a day and i can feel the difference in myself, my knee is less achy and we were able to go on a 3 mile walk today, something we haven't done in a long time.There are 2 modes, continuous light, and pulsing light. The pulse is very triggering for me so i can't use that setting.Niggles. Time is set in 5 minute increments, the time disappears off the screen about 30 seconds after you press the power button meaning you have to press the T button again to see the time.The biggest niggle though is that if you stop the time for any reason, like you need to answer the door etc the unit will not respond to any button press at all. You have to remove the power cable and plug it back in and only then will it work again.If i were to make a suggestion i would say this is too big and too inflexible. It needs to be flat and perhaps on some sort of elasticated bandage so that you can use it on other areas apart from your knees, i would love to be able to use this on my neck and back but the shape of it won't allow me to do that.I like it, is making a difference for both me and my dog, and despite the niggles i will keep using it.

I found this really easy and simple to use. It's too early to say if it's making a difference but time will tell. Maybe slightly over priced but if it helps then it will be worth every penny.

This is a brilliant knee massager with heat.It arrives in a well packed box with lead.At first sight it looks really large but actually it is just the right size.It has two massaging modes, pulse or continuous. The heat penetrate deep inside the kneeI have suffered from severe knee pain for years and spend most of my time on analgesics. This product is a game changer. I really didn't want to take it off to transfer it to my other knee. The heat is so soothing and the massage really loosens up the knee and makes it a lot more mobile. It switches off automatically after 30 minutes.Expensive but worth it for the pain relief
