Great product saved my hair as I swim every day

It is good... I was left with no horrible chlorine smell after using this on holiday each time I went in the pool. It is softening and the pump worked with no issue. It seems to be a nice formula and is cruelty free, which I love.It is expensive though! £22 currently, and I think this is far too pricey :(

Great shampoo to use once you have been swimming as seems to help with knots and getting chloride out of your hair. The scent is very nice and comes with a lid on that you an change to a pump if you want. I kept the cap as less room in swimming bag, good to have the choice though.Good size bottle, not too big so not to heavy for daughters bag when she takes it to school.Good value and would recommend

I used this combined with aqua guard shampoo, it made my hair squeaky clean, but conditioner didn't made much of a different. I have dyed hair so after swimming pool and shower felt that was not enough moisture in my hair, still felt bit dried out. On the other side it is clean formula that I value a lot.

At the time of writing this review, a 280ml bottle is priced over twenty-two quid. For that price, you’d expect a premium, specialist sports hair treatment with, frankly, some kind of magical powers. Unfortunately, I find it very difficult to find any properties or effects of this conditioner that differ from some far, far cheaper everyday brands, and the “Made for Swimmers” label doesn’t seem to be backed up with any kind of actual effect.It’s a pleasant-enough cream, moderately thick, that squirts out of the bottle in thin strings. It doesn’t lather or spread especially well, so it takes quite a lot of product in order to feel like you’re covering your whole head with it- unless you’re such a dedicated swimmer that you’ve shaved your head, in which case, you probably don’t need this anyway! But 280ml is not going to last many washes of my hair, even though my hair’s not especially long.The cream has a scent that’s very mild and almost imperceptible, but what scent there is is rather nice- it’s a slightly bubblegum-ish scent. Personally I would’ve welcomed quite a lot more of the scent, though people with sensitive scalps might appreciate the mildness.On my hair, the results are extremely similar to using a Head and Shoulders. There’s certainly nothing wrong with it- it feels healthy, and reasonably fluffy. It blow-dries well, without leaving any plasticky residue. But still there’s no visible difference, or difference to the touch, that makes it in any way more geared to swimmers than my normal conditioners are.If this bottle were more reasonably priced, I would feel far more kindly about it. Some details, like the fact it comes with a regular bottle lid and an optional squirter, and arrives in a biodegradable bag, are definite positives. But the product itself doesn’t come anywhere near to justifying the high asking price.

This hair conditioner has a lovely and gentle scent of grapefruit. It is working well for after-swim hair treatment. I like that it targets hair damage that is caused by the chlorine in swimming pool water and that it can also be used for regenerating hair after a day at the beach.It is making my hair smell lovely, even after hours in the pool, and they look and feel smooth. No more dry hair that needs a hair mask to look better. Because I am using this conditioner my hair looks lighter and they are not greasy at the end of the day, which is another bonus.I would recommend opening the bottle before you get under the shower. The pump system is impossible to open when your hands are wet. No amount of turning right or left will open it. Also, the bottle is made of hard plastic and there is no way to encourage the conditioner out by squeezing the bottle.

This product comes with a pump nozzle which is convenient. I ordered it primarily for my daughter, after her swim lessons. It has a light citrusy smell. It is thick and creamy but never leaves a residue. I love the fact that it is vegan and environmentally friendly- I am always looking for products such as this. I also like that it is specifically made for after-swim care. You work it through your hair as a conditioner and rinse thereafter. Don't expect miracles when it comes to detangling though. What I tend to do however, after everything is rinsed out, is put a very bit in the palm of my hand and work it into her hair as a leave-in conditioner. This works exceptionally well. Again no residue as I only use a tiny bit. It leaves her hair soft, smooth, and ends not as dry. Again, not necessarily detangled. I think you'd have to use much more for that purpose. Keep in mind that this is only a 280ml bottle. It won't last long that's for sure. I would say that it is a little pricey for what you get. Happy to have ordered it, and happy to recommend. Considering everything, I think it is fair to say that it deserves 4 stars.

Let's start with......the order.The product page, and the queue where I ordered these from describes this offering as 2 bottles.I received ONE bottle.The one bottle is neatly packaged in a plastic 100% biodegradable bag.Inside the bag, I received one bottle of product sealed with a normal, flat cap.The bottle is extremely hard plastic, so while I wanted to quickly squeeze product from this bottle into a travel sized silicone bottle to bring to my swim workout, it was a bit of a struggle; I had to use both hands to squeeze the bottle, which could double as a grip strengthener.For me, the size of this bottle is pushing it just a bit to bring to the gym with all the other stuff I bring.Two styles of pump tops are included; one, more targeted to take with you (to the pool of course, if you're okay with the size of the bottle) with a clear cover cap, and the other more of a, at home, style pump top.The size of the bag could look like there are two bottles in it, which may be the reason for the shorted order; confusion on the part of the person picking the order from the shelf.Even so, it is the responsibility of the seller, offering two bottles, to package them so that you and I receive our order of two bottles without having to double back and contact Amazon customer service to fix a problem like this.Typically multiples like this are over-wrapped in clear plastic, or come in a box, with words on the outer packaging like: "DO NOT SEPARATE".I would suggest this vendor do something like that.I'm pretty sure most people will not be pleased paying $24.99 for one 9.5 ounce bottle, having been told they would receive two.On to the product...This is a thick, white almost pearlescent looking product.When I put my nose up to the neck of the bottle, it has an almost baby powder-ish scent; not a favorite of mine.The intensity of scent sticking my nose right up to the bottle is about a 4 on a 10 scale.When I actually put it in my hair it has an almost grapefruit scent to it.Love that; way better than baby powder; the intensity of scent was again, about a 4 on a 10 scale.I used maybe a two pea sized amount in my hair.The directions mention "lathering" up; this, like most conditioners I use, did not lather.It felt good, like a good conditioner.I let my hair air dry.After it was dry, it felt the way I want my hair to feel; silky and full...NOT like straw after being in chlorine.Nice product.I hope this review has enabled you to make an informed purchase decision.I rarely give an overall 5 star rating.
