Very good cold compress for the neck. It stays cool for a long time, helps relieve pain, muscle tension and gives a feeling of immediate rest. In addition, it is comfortable because it adapts well to the neck and is not heavy. Ideal to use when there is fatigue, cervical pain or inflammation.

I got this because when I get migraines, holding cold packs on my neck seems to be one of the only things that really helps. This keeps the cold for quite a long time. And I have even used it to set on top of my head to help with my migraine that way. I keep it in the plastic baggy it came in to keep it clean in the freezer. I also find that placing it upside down so that the part that sits on the upper part of the neck is on the bottom works the best. That way all the gel is in that part when I get it out. The pack fits pretty good on the back of my neck, I do wish it was just a tiny bit longer in the front so it stayed in place better. Sometimes it will slide especially right after getting it out of the freezer. And I wished they had put in more areas to prevent the gel from pooling at the bottom of the front of the wrap. This would make it perfect! Nice and pliable. No stinky odor. Easy to use. Works great. Much easier to use than trying to keep a small hard ice pack in place. With this, you can just place it and relax.

Easy to use, stays cold - I haven't needed to keep it in the fridge; it keep in in the wrap in my den. Works well the weight is light and flexible, provides just enough pressure on my neck to relieve pain.

This product seems well made and reasonably effective. I especially like the one side soft fabric so it can be applied directly to the skin. Somewhat disappointing is that it doesn’t retain cold long enough. Also, the over shoulder flaps could be a little longer.

Nice product! Fits easily in the fridge. It does get a bit stiff, so you have to thaw it a few minutes before it’ll conform. Not sure what the instructions mean when they say to keep it in its bag. Mine did Not come with a bag.

I recently bought this for my husband who had surgery on his neck. He was struggling with the pain and inflammation from that. I was able to place this in a perfect position to cover the area that was causing the most pain and was the most swollen. It allowed him to feel the cold and helped while staying in place without having to hold it there.

I wish this was more flexible. The back of it is a bit too long for my neck. It covers my shoulders nicely. It works very well, and stays cold for a long enough time.

It gets super stiff when i leave it in the freezer for to long which makes it hard to wrap it over my shoulders. If i leave it in the fridge its just not cold enough/ i just dont have enough space in my fridge. And if its in the freezer it will grow ice on top and leak water everywhere.
