spoiled product
I opened this balm and when I unscrewed it, it didn’t want to screw back in. And the balm was delivered to me, melted. and now I don’t know how to screw it back and close it

Lovely shade but disappears quickly, no noticeable volumizing. The best thing about it is the lovely slim container.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Why why why does this have to be the best lipgloss EVER? Its so freak'n expensive and I've tried all the hacks - elf comes close but nothing is hourglass. Price point is ridiculous but I can't deduct a star... it's that good. Hydrates and plumps like no other. Light mint base is heavenly. Colors - gorgeous... every last one of them and I don't know how they did it but every color tint/tone works. You can't make a mistake in color choice. It really is the best lipgloss I've ever used. Ever.
