A quiet fan that is mains powered but with an inbuilt rechargeable battery so you can disconnect for periods of time.Three speeds, a light, and a generally nice looking unit.Bought for the wife who was going into hospital and wanted a fan to keep her cool after the event, she has some over heating issues, apparently it happens to women of a certain age!!!Anyway she was very happy with this and used it during her week long stay. According to her it lasted quite a few hours when using the battery, but most of the time it was plugged in to the wall socket.it's now sat on the shelf behind me, may well be brought into service in the future, but it really was purchased with a single event in mind, and so the price was also appealing.

Surprisingly good - but dont forget the small size only makes it useful for cooling close at hand. Power and/or charge from a USB port. 3 settings for fan speed. Has a built in Led "torch" as another setting - Not used this so can't comment on effectiveness.Battery doesnt appear to last all night so may not satisfy some.

My son is Autistc and cannot bear heat. He said he loves this fan. He can carry it around with him, have it by his bed side at night, without worrying that it needs to be left plugged in. We leave no plugs in at night, other than fridge or freezer, due to fire hazard.Very Good strong blast of air. Easy to use. Charges via USB. We recommend this.

I've been trying to find a very small fan for my desk for about 10 years! The others have either had too strong a fan which blows my papers around or too noisy so I can't hear the phone. This one is brilliant and blows a very cool breeze quietly.The bonus is you can recharge it by USB and use it anywhere.

These fans are exceptionally good value for money. I now have 5 of them. So easy to charge or plug it in and no need to charge. I had to contact the seller as there was no battery in one of the fans, I had a replacement immediately, no fuss or quibble.I would certainly recommend this product

Neat little fan. Efficient and with decent power to move the air. Charges easily and quickly.There is a sticky label on the end of the battery that you first remove or it won't charge. This is not mentioned in the instructions.

We bought this travel fan for a holiday in The Gambia where we would have no air-con and to rent a fan from the hotel would be quite expensive. We had nighttime temperatures of up to 25C (daytime 36C) and were able to position the fan to blow across the top of the bed thereby cooling both my husband and I and making sleep possible. The fan is compact and lightweight and very efficient for its size. Would recommend to anyone.

Great value for money. Work's really well, a God send for the children at night, when we have the hot spell. Nifty little torch in the side which they don't really use, but it's an extra.
