This is a very nice dimmer, it has a very "premium" feel, in operation and in terms of materials. This is quite unusual for these relatively cheap wifi switches! I have all my lighting and heating running through the SmartLife app and these switches are easy to add and manage - a small note, I had to set the bulb type to "halogen" (even thought they are LED) to get the full dimming range, the default settings don't dim them fully down - but with this minor workaround they work flawlessly.Being available in grey and white is also very useful to match the decor of each room - this is great as I am going to put these throughout the house now I have tested.

Bought this to make a free standing dimmable led lamp ... so having a neutral line was not an issue.Want sure if it would work ok with an led ... But it works fine.This is a very smart and slick dimmer, flip on/off and touch sensitive slide to dim.Alexa integration is simple enough and works well... On, off dim & bright commands all work 'out of the box'.Only negative is the fixing screws ... I'm not sure what country they are for ... But they are the wrong thread for a standard UK patress - although not a big deal.

This is a nice dimmer switch, looks great and works well if you have a neutral available. I'm lucky that I've rewired my house and added neutrals to the switches 'for future use'.The switch connected to Wifi via the Tuya app on the second attempt, connected to Alexa all by itself, and then was easy to Associate this switch with another non-dimmable switch for two way switching. All works perfectly so far.Other than the neutral required, mine came with M4 fixing screws. UK back boxes require M3.5.I would buy and use another.

This switch is elegant, stylish, great value for money and very, very useful. It works perfectly with my LED lighting and is very easy to control, directly through the switch, via the app and via voice control. Using the app, you can easily set a schedule to turn the light on and off while you are away from home. Note that the switch does require a neutral wire in the switch box to operate correctly.

Not a easy swap out your old dimmer install this and heypresto you got smart lights, This device blew out the dimmer thing each bulb plugs into and each bulb not worth it.

I have several of these, and they are nice dimmers, work well with halogen and LED dimmable bulbs.Out of 7 installed two have already failed. On/off does not work, and the bulb (LED or tungsten) just flickers constantly at mid brightness.Outside Amazon returns window, but much less than a year old, Amazon referred me to the manufacturer. They needed lots of paperwork, including invoice (fair enough!), picture of original box and a video of the problem.I sent all of these twice as they said the first video clip was too big, and unopenable, at 22MB, and then they wanted to open it in google cloud which I reluctantly agreed to.Then nothing.There comes a point where it is not worth my time chasing, and I think MOES knows this.

Replacing an earlier Etersky branded switch of the same model. Found this new model harder to set up on wifi. Alexa set up was fine but so far I have been unable to resolve a couple of issues. First is that the lights now blink once as they are turned off - The Etersky model faded out smoothly. The second all be it more minor issue is the the light on the switch blinks slowly when the switch is in the off position rather than remaining minimised but steady as on the Etersky model.So far I have not found a solution to these problems.

I have a few smart switches installed this is by far my favourite. The fact it is mechanical and smart makes it perfect. The glass ones can be unresponsive at times. It was easy to install well a bit of a fiddle with the wires, but connectivity with app was instant. Another problem I’ve had with the others. Good job

A voir dans le temps mais pour le moment fonctionne très bien avec Alexa et en mode tactile

Der Dimmer wirkt, wie ich finde, stylisch und hochwertig. Er hat einen Taster und mit der Touchberührung kann man das Dimmen einstellen. Die letzte gedimmte Einstellung wird immer gespeichert und man kann somit mit dem Taster die selbe gedimmte Einstellung beibehalten.Die Anbindung in die smartlife App war problemlos. Jededoch werde ich diese smarte Funktion sicher nicht benutzen.Wenn das Teil nun noch viele Jahre durchhält bin ich sehr zufrieden…bis dahin 5 Sterne

The media could not be loaded.  Attention montage assez difficile il faut apporter un neutre ou fil bleu derrière l'interrupteur sinon très joli interrupteur mais le problème c'est qu'au minimum elle fait scintiller mes petites lumières qui est très désagréable le soir obligé de monter l'intensité pour que celle-ci arrête de scintiller
