It was delivered 2 days before the supposed delivery date which was great cuz I was off that day Very good computer only problem I had is keyboard does not work starts up really fast does not run Call of Duty war zone which I thought It probably wouldn't but it does run my other games And it's probably half or even smaller than my other desktop doesn't take up much room

Wrong headset. No mouse pad I was using a coloring book until my Dad dug an old one of his out. Keyboard doesn't light up. Can't connect to internet. Can't play any online games through steam. Wrong mouse. I am returning it, what a major let down. I have been a SAHM for 6 years. We've had financial battles galore. I gave up 6 years of career advancement in the Film and Media industry to be with my kids until they start school and this was my ONE present as a thank you from my husband for giving my career up. I was supposed to write kids books and it won't even download Canva. What a bummer all together! Edit** keyboard DOES light up, a button near "sleep" at the top of it turns it on, it would have been cool to have that info in the instructions or something. Thankfully my Google AI spent a good 20 minutes helping me figure that out!

We got this for our son for Christmas. It works great. No issues with connecting to wifi no issues with it disconnecting from wifi. It runs fast works better than my $300 laptop. We absolutely love it, i might buy a 2nd one so I can have it and play fortnite. Definitely recommend buying it, i dont understand the issues others are having because we're not having any issues at all.

Bought this for my son and we had an issue with the monitor like others had said. I had to buy 3 separate cables as I was told by customer service the wrong cable and then found out the DP port did not work and had to buy a VGA cable. Besides that the computer is up and running so far with no issues.

This computer is good. It had some misaing items, but the customer support was outstanding in helping us with the issues. The computer wasn't like the picture, but it was similar. The mouse and keyboard were cheap. We had better equipment so we used ours over what it came with. We had to buy a different wifi adapter because the one it came with was weak. It works good for gaming. It just takes longer to download. Good device to upgrade parts. You will need to get a camera if you're planning on using that feature.

Only been 5 months and the pc has already given out. Soooo upset. This this was maybe used 3x a month max and now doesn’t work. Smh waste of money

I bought this for my son for Christmas, of course he wanted all the lights/etc for his first PC. I’m a single mom on a budget so this was “best possible” with my tight budget. First off - it’s pretty awesome with all the colors! My first impression was good! It started quickly, and ran smoothly UNTIL… Few short hours later, my son said something was wrong with the PC. It was over heating. With him being a teenager - I explained the importance of not adding too much junk to it and got a desk fan to help cool it off. He let the computer cool down before playing with it again. Once turning on the Pc - setup was normal but once he opened up an app - it immediately closed and the whole PC turned off. Then the error messages - can not connect to one drive, can not connect/detect to graphics card. I messaged the seller with little to no response besides it can still be returned. The computer was a laggy , like terrible laggy. Of course with the specs, I was expecting some lag. But I’m pretty sure some of the specs are not as listed. Fortnite (worked one time on the PC) will not run. This is upsetting due to that’s the one game he wanted to play on the PC. The headset works but not the microphone - I even bought a new headset but microphone will not work. Gaming controllers with Bluetooth will not connect , it does display like it will but won’t fully connect. Not possible to have dual monitors. The WiFi connection is via USB which cuts down on an extra USB connector. Overall for a good “regular” PC - it does the job, but by far not a gaming PC. Once again - you get what you pay for ! A real gaming PC despite the huge cost is definitely worth it.
