Button sticking
So I ordered this for my wife but the issue I been having is the button got stuck and stopped working after a day. The battery seems ok. On 2 or 3 you'll probably get about 2 hours max out of it. I put alcohol in the button and tried getting it to work but it just won't un stick. I only had it for a day. So idk

Good hand warmer
I bought this for my niece and she can’t put it down. She is going thru some health issues and this really helps her. She has referred another friend to this product.

Good and bad
It’s very hot even on the first setting-and even on the first setting it only lasts about three hours, so that’s not what it says in description

Low setting should last 15 hrs. I get 4 hours.

So Disappointing
I had high hopes when researching/purchasing.this item due to it showing 15 hours of warmth on lowest setting, it's beyond me how they arrived at this amount of time because FULLY charged and on lowest setting it STRUGGLED to last 4 hours!. It's really ashame company's get away with false advertising on tye regular these days. Don't waste your hard earned money
