No Screen Scratches, Healthy Battery
I was a little worried about buying this renewed phone because it was labeled as "Good" condition instead of excellent and $166 for a 256GB model seemed too good be true, but after using it for a month I can say that I got a quality product with acceptable compromises. First off, there are no cracks or other damage to the screen itself, but there are a few dings on the sides of the phone and many scratches to the metal camera bump on the back. I personally don't care about cosmetic scratches and I'm a case-only user so I don't feel the dings on the sides, but if you care about your phone's looks or never use a case I would recommend buying new or the highest renewed quality available. My second worry was battery life, but I am satisfied with the charge that it holds for my needs. As you can see in the first photo I have been using the Accubattery app for a month and it reports 3,400mAH (milliAmp Hours) capacity down from the design capacity of 4,300mAH, so it the battery has lost around 25% of its charge. In current year 3,400mAH sounds pretty poultry, but in real use I tend to get 6 hours of screen time without battery saver and 8 hours with battery saver on. I am not a heavy phone user, I average around 2 hours of screen time per day so I only charge once every two days (I charge from 30% or 40% to 100%), but if you rack up lots of screen time I would recommend buying new. I recognize that 4,300mAH isn't very impressive capacity to start with and reducing that further isn't acceptable for some people. This has been a huge upgrade for me from my previous cheapo phone that was becoming painfully slow and I am very happy with the deal I got. I cannot say that buying renewed is for everyone, but my experience with this seller has been an incredible value.

Elevates your day with features you didn’t even know you needed, the Pixel 7 delivers.
I originally picked up the Pixel 7 for one simple reason: I needed a phone with reliable Tap to Pay. That was the entire motivation behind the purchase. I wasn’t chasing specs or hype — just a device that would let me move through my day without pulling out a wallet. But the moment I set it up, it became clear this phone was going to give me far more than the one feature I came for. Tap to Pay worked instantly and flawlessly, which already checked my main box. But then the Pixel 7 started revealing features I didn’t even know I needed. The interface felt clean and intuitive. Face Unlock and the fingerprint sensor worked without hesitation. Even small touches — like call screening, smart photo tools, and the smoothness of everyday navigation — made the phone feel thoughtfully designed for real life. Day by day, it kept surprising me. Not with flashy gimmicks, but with practical features that quietly made everything easier such as the copilot chat feature. By the end of the week, I realized this wasn’t just a phone that met my expectations — it pushed past them. I bought it for Tap to Pay, but the features I didn’t know I needed took my satisfaction to another level.

Listed as ‘Excellent’ but arrived scratched and defective
The phone I received did not match the Amazon Renewed “Excellent” condition described in the listing. The obsidian metal trim has deep scratches and the glass on the back of the device also has significant scratches that look similar to abrasion. These damages are easily visible from more than 12 inches away in normal lighting, which contradicts the “Excellent” cosmetic standard. The packaging also offered minimal protection. The phone arrived in a small package with only a thin bubble wrap sleeve and one sheet of bubble wrap. More importantly, the device is defective. When it arrived it showed the low battery screen. I charged the phone for several hours using multiple known working chargers and cables, but it never moved past the low battery display. After charging overnight, the phone now does not power on at all. I purchased this device for Android development testing and presentation, so receiving a device with both cosmetic damage and a battery failure was extremely disappointing. I am returning for a refund.

Refurbish job/quality control is ok
(After some days of writing the stuff below, I dropped the phone only about 2 feet onto tile when I had a screen protector and case, and apparently the LED's shattered and made the screen all blue, and eventually unusable, totaling the phone. Maybe it's cope to say that the screen was replaced before I got the phone and was done so in an improper manner making it more fragile, or I just got unlucky) I got the at&t version. It came and worked fine with no issues. The screen was basically immaculate and came with a protector pre install as well. The battery health was at 84%, so higher than their guaranteed 80% but not fantastic. It still gets me through the day just fine. After about 90 days the phone said it was now carrier unlocked so that's neat. In terms of this product being sold refurbished there are no complaints but there are gripes with the phone model itself that aren't the sellers fault, such as the screen being slightly warm in color, fingerprint reader being ok at best, and getting a little warm in the hand from just regular use. All of these issues are typical of any pixel 7, refurbished or not, so just know what you're buying before you get this. Still overall very satisfied

Came in very good shape. No scratches or signs of wear. Battery lasts a long time. No performance issues for me. I've had it for quite a long time now.

I've had this phone for almost a month now and I love it! It came in a new box and was well packaged and came with charger, box and the Sim card key. Really impressed, would recommend to anyone looking for a great phone with many nice features!

It's good at best The condition is labeled as 'excellent' but that's false. There's small scratches around the frame. Also, the charger is generic that it doesn't work. Some compensation will be appreciated 🤞
