I bought a car body dent removing kit, which didn't have a glue gun. Fortunately I had one that I had bought several years ago. I also had some glue sticks, which when applied didn't work at all. However the Randalfy glue sticks proved to be more than satisfactory. For a successful outcome the bodywork at the repair site has to be cleaned thoroughly to remove dirt and grease. The glue has to be sufficiently melted prior to applying it to the right sized pulling fitment, which is then pressed into place and held for a few seconds. Do not be tempted to rush the next stage as the glue should be left to cure. I allowed 30 minutes to be on the safe side. After this the bridging part of the equipment is secured into place and the central knob is turned to begin the pulling. I had one minor dent and an awkward crease on the rear wheel arch. For a large crease the equipment has to be re-positioned along its length after each pull in order remove the crease successfully. I am very happy with the result as the paint wasn't broken at all and unless one looked closely one would never know that the dent/crease was ever there. Of course one could flat the repair and apply stopper/filler and paint over for a perfect job. A small tip...Use a hair drier to melt the glue and hence remove the tool. Further warming will assist in removing excess glue from the bodywork.

Not used it yet, waiting on warmer weather, good selection of bits in the pack, zip on carry bag very flimsy, broke first time off using, hoping the rest of the kit works as intended

Can only share my experience - had a long but narrow dent on a quarter panel (Approx. 15cm long x 2cm wide). Followed the instructions given and the first attempt worked okay and I could see it had risen the dent where the glue had been fixed so I carried on hopeful to go along the dent and fingers crossed it would all pull out. Sadly, after this first attempt I just couldn't get the glue and adaptor to stick to the bodywork again. I tried different adaptors just in case the one already used was now dirty with old glue but it didn't matter which one, I only got a close adhesion one more time out of 15 attempts before giving up.I must point out, I was using the thinnest adaptors that came with the kit do the the narrow but long dent so maybe the glue would stick better to the larger faced adaptors...maybe but I didn't have use for them. but this is why I given 3 stars and not less as I haven't used the larger adaptors.Shame as you get a lot in the kit and a handy bag to store it all in after use. Not sure if I'll have any use for it now but If I do and it works better I will provide an update

Used the dent puller for a dented sill. Can't even see the dent now. 5 stars for me. A body shop would have charged a fortune.

Works well no complants

Used it once. Was ok. 2nd time I tried it the glue wouldn't come out the gun. Assuming the old glue has set inside. Terrible product. Poor quality plastic, glue gun looks like it came from a pound shop. Will send it back if I can can be bothered.

I only got glue gun cloth blue pullers scrapers and small bottle all the rest is missing

Colle très bien,mais ne pas hésiter à attendre 5 bonnes minutes avant de tirer dessus

Les bâtons de colle sont arrivés collés et fondus. J’ai recommandé le même article qui est arrivé de nouveau collé et fondu.Une perte de temps et un fournisseur pas sérieux.
