Device doesn't work
I cannot get the device to stay powered on, even after charging for hours, then a day, then days. It turns on then immediately turns off. The batteries show <0.20V, telling me either the batteries are bad or the device charger is bad. In either event, I contacted their "support" on what's app and have received no response. So I paid $1300 for a device that can't stay on more than a few seconds. Buyer beware.

Worked like a charm
Used on a tough leak, ended up showing leak about a foot north of the customers tap off the main. The city (skeptical) excavated and found an abandoned tap a foot north of the customers tap and shut down the leak. I am a believer, because the cities geophones couldn't find the leak, but this equipment did.

Looking forward to using it.
Only used it once. It is very sensitive. Will need to use it a few times to figure what settings to use but it looks great and light-weight. Nice protective case and professional appearance.

Doesn not work to find a leak.
It's not a precise tool; I don't believe it's possible to detect a leak in real-world conditions unless it's very large. I'm an irrigation technician and I did every possible test to be able to use this tool. I simply DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Don't waste your time like I did. I'm sorry, but it doesn't work as it claims.

No sirvió para nada decto una fugauna rompieron el vitropiso y resulta que no había fuga regrese el dinero que cobre por hacer la detección y aparte pague la compostura del piso para que no me demandaran
