From dull rice to nice rice.
Made my fried rice taste like Chinese takeaway style fried rice. Thats all I do with it. I'm on my second bag. Its a flavour enhancer, like salt. There's more you cand do with it. Heard someone say they add it to cocktails. Maybe I'm not that adventurous. Nice fried rice though.

Surprisingly Good
I just made some chicken fried rice to test this and it was truly excellent, and a little surprising. When you taste this neat, it's not very strong and tastes more sweet than savoury, but in the food it tastes salty and quite potent - a little goes a long way.

Du MSG tout ce qu'il y a de plus classique pour rajouter du Umami à vos plats ! Il y en as vraiment beaucoup, cependant c'est asser peu cher pour la quantité. A utiliser avec précautions, car comme pour du sel, trop en mettre n'est pas très bon (gustativement, mais aussi pour la santé !)

Arrivato nei tempi previsti, il prodotto è glutammato puro e può essere usato per aumentare la sapidità di qualunque pietanza e quindi consente di usare meno sale. Prezzo conveniente. E' confezionato in un sacchetto sigillato di plastica robusta e va tagliato per aprirlo, quindi non c'è modo di richiuderlo, e siccome 454 grammi durano parecchio (a mio gusto ne basta meno di 1 cucchiaino per porzione di cibo) e patisce molto l'umidità l'ho travasato subito in un barattolo di vetro con chiusura a vite. Per non confonderlo col sale o lo zucchero (alla vista è identico) ho ritagliato la parte frontale del sacchetto e l'ho fissata sul barattolo con due giri di scotch trasparente.

Glutamate pour la cuisine. Aussitôt arrivé aussitôt utilisé. Je suis ancien boucher charcutier traiteur et une longue expérience dans le domaine de l'agroalimentaire industrielle. J'utilise le glutamate et d'autres additifs alimentaires pour recréer les résultats savoureux a la maison . Voici donc un petit Resultat pour une bolognaise digne d'un traiteur après 12h de cuisson à 90°C
