Bought on my mum’s recommendation - love this thing!!!! Chopping without things turning into mush. Super fast. Really useful. Take care not to wash the lid but just wipe clean!

Cuts very well I use it for onions and peppers etc. far faster than using a knife even if you have to clean it afterwards.

I love this machine. Fissler Gemüseschneider Finecut.. It feels good in the hand, the lid is heavy, all parts are good quality. the blades are very sharp, the bowl has a good grip on the worksurface. You can finely chop ONE garlic clove in it if needs be, (Done it) Onions are a breeze, however small you would like them, they will be nearly pulp if you carry on pulling. Carrots need to be large chopped and put in in stages, then absolutely no problem. Think small chopped veggies for soup in seconds, onion ginger garlic for curries, smoothies with yoghurt and fruit, pesto, dips, chopped cashew nuts etc etc and no need for the endless pushing down of the food product with a spatula thank the plastic "over sweeper" and blade design. Small amounts of lettuce or herbs, which I would normally shake around in the air rather than pull my larger salad spinner out of the cupboard, are dry in seconds. No electricity necessary. Parts are available seperately if needed. I wholeheartedly recommend this product

Received one as a gift and this has transformed my life in the kitchen. No product of this nature has ever worked for me but this is magic. It uses two extremely sharp blades to shred everything from ginger and onions to coriander and chilli and avocado. It's amazing how well this chops onion - the single most tiring preparation for making many dishes. Force required is minimal and the control is complete. The bowl is perfect size. It can hold three medium onions at a time. Onion can be chopped all the way down to 2mmx2mm size. One can stop when desired size is reached. The salad spinner is a nice accessory to have though rarely used by me. The cutting bowl comes with a lid so any cut veggies can be directly stored in the fridge. The blades are extremely sharp hence need care in handling and storage.

L'ho acquistato per sbaglio in quanto ne volevo prendere un altro dal costo inferiore e ben recensito. Ho considerato poi che la differenza di prezzo mi offriva qualcosa in più: il cestello per centrifugare, l'utilissimo coperchio per conservare senza sporcare altro, l'indispensabile custodia per le lame che sono molto taglienti. L' ho tenuto e lo uso spessissimo con i pomodori e la frutta. Quando ho voglia di macedonia non bado ai pezzi non proprio perfetti, infatti il tritatutto non è progettato per tagliare a cubetti. Il risultato finale per me è comunque valido. L'ho usato due volte per tritare zucchine e mescolarle sempre con il tritatutto agli altri ingredienti, compreso un uovo, al fine di preparare un piccolo tortino:ottimo risultato. La plastica è buona e la cordicella funziona bene; non dover usare cavi elettrici è una bella comodità, per questo lo uso spesso- Si pulisce facilmente. Rimango però dell' avviso che il prezzo è alto, anche se l'articolo è molto valido. L'ho pagato 35 euro.

Génial , fort pratique et très efficace . Demande un temps d'adaptation , car les lames sont très coupantes et de ce fait on a tendance à trop émincé . Une Fois habitué , c'est top de top . Incontournable .

Der Finecut von Fissler ist ein richtig nützlicher Helfer in der Küche. Ob Zwiebeln, Kräuter, Paprika oder sogar weiches Obst – alles lässt sich schnell und unkompliziert zerkleinern, ohne dass man extra das große Schneidebrett und Messer rausholen muss. Einfach ein paar Mal am Seilzug ziehen, und schon ist das Gemüse fein geschnitten. Was mir besonders gefällt: Der Mechanismus funktioniert ohne Strom, ist leise und sehr effizient. Je öfter man zieht, desto feiner wird das Ergebnis – super für die Zubereitung von Dips, Salaten oder auch Babybrei. Die Klingen sind scharf und machen einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Die Reinigung geht leicht von der Hand, da sich alle Teile auseinandernehmen und gut abspülen lassen. Der Behälter hat eine gute Größe für den Alltag, und die Qualität des Materials überzeugt ebenfalls. Insgesamt ein top Produkt, das in meiner Küche nicht mehr fehlen darf. Wer oft frische Zutaten verwendet, wird den Finecut lieben.

This has become my favorite kitchen gadget. Very easy to chop onions (without the tears), herbs, garlic, ginger, carrots, etc. It is manually operated. It works amazingly fast and you can control if you want your food finely chopped or a bit more coarse. It is however important not to overload it and before chopping something like e.g. a big onion I would suggest to quarter it before putting it in. This blender comes with other useful utensils like a mix insert for sauces / vinaigrettes, etc. and with a spin basket to dry herbs. I like the thoughtful and practical design - for example there is an anti-slip rubber stand at the bottom. I like that this machine doesn't require electricity and it's quick and easy to clean. I would recommend!
