Volume control doesn't let you go as loud as a lot of other devices, but the audio quality is very good and the thing is easy to navigate. It also somehow saves the station you tuned it to. Lets face it, nobody in a first world country uses the little card port. I haven't tested that. Biggest issue with it is that when you use the charger port, you get some serious frequency interference. The charging feature BLOWS for this reason. every other feature is nice.Side note, I never got the free magnetic vent clip thing. I got a magnetic strip for my phone and everything. guess that's my next purchase from someone else.

I received this item yesterday. The first time I plugged it in, the backlight did not turn on. I unplugged it and tried again, and it seemed to work fine. The sound quality was great for phone calls and music alike, and I was able to charge both of my phones using the two different charging ports.Today, I attempted to use this product multiple times. The charger kept crashing, as though it had a software glitch or something. I would unplug it, plug it back in, and it would typically work again for a few minutes. However, after having this item lock up on me numerous times, including during phone calls (which were dropped as a result), it has become clear that this is not reliable enough for my needs. That's a shame, because it seems like it would have been awesome if it had actually worked.I'll be returning this and will go with something different next time. I would not recommend this item.

I expected that the quality wouldn't be very good and the connectivity would be difficult for a product at this price. So far it has worked perfectly and I have had no problems other than once failing to connect to my iPhone. I solved this by pulling the unit out of the socket to reset it and it worked fine every time since then. Unusually for me I have taken the time to leave this review because I was quite impressed with the cost/quality pay off. If anything changes I will update but very happy at the moment.

Works as advertised. Appears to have a strong FM signal that blocks out weak distant FM radio stations and eliminates most interference and static in both my Jeep and F-150. Blue tooth and the controls work very well. Clear connection. Much better than I expected.

Static is super super annoying. I've tried it on multiple different empty stations but the static is always there... it's also extremely quiet, even with the Bluetooth unit turned all the way up and my radio all the way up, it's about less than half the volume of what the radio would be

Was really good at first but unfortunately just like the first one I bought the longer you use it the more static -y it gets.

I've had this product for a couple years now. It is great for me to listen to my music in my 2007 Jeep. It connects fast and to whatever radio station is in the area. No complaints whatsoever

... But suddenly it plays the same song on repeat. I have to physically change to the next song every time! OOPS! Problem was with the phone (not the player). Player still works. Great customer support.
