Works well on hard flooring and makes reaching under furniture much more effortless. The biggest disappointment when using with EU/UK plug is that an adaptor is included with the device, which however is so loose that barely nudging the wire causes it fall out of the adaptor. Sometimes the movement is even unnoticeable, causing the device to go flat from battery.

Pros: brilliant little product. Does a nice vacuum (we have a baby so it cleans every night at 1am in the living room. Always finds its charging bay (under the sofa). Not noisy at all, relative to regular upright vacuums. Brilliant price for specs provided.Cons: struggles climbing up onto our low pile rug, so have to lay a book down to act as a "ramp"Does not support no go zones (where you draw a line it cant cross on the map).

This cleaner is the best. It cleans everything and the battery lasts for a long time. The app is easy to use! It has 4 modes and even the weakest one cleans perfectly. The apartment is now cleaner than ever because we let clean twice a day (which we simply can't by ourself because we don't have the time.The only downside is that you have to place all the cables aside because they could get under the robot's wheels and bug him. Also higher doorsteps are hard to get over, but on manual mode it manages to climb them up.Other than that, I strongly recommend!

The best hoover ever. My life is so much easier and my house cleaner on daily basis. Silent, powerful, great design and so easy to operate. I am totally in love.

I love this cleaner ,it does everything it says it does . I have Cats and it picks up cat hair from my carpet better than theexisting Dyson cleaner I have. Although I have given the product 5 * (which I think it deserves) it would be even better if the dust collection bin was slightly larger

5 months of work then the vac started getting lost. It would not find its way back to the charging station and WiFi is always reporting as low signal despite sitting right next to the router. Looking at the working map through the app I ca see that there is something clearly not right in the "brains" and the map is doubled on itself and is rotated by some degrees. Something in the tracking is faulty and this vas is now incapable of cleaning or returning to the dock.No info anywhere on warranties. Sell, sell, sell and screw you if it fails!

Amazing product. Very thorough cleaning and easy to use. You can start it with the app. Returns to the docking station after cleaning is done.
