Keep coming back to this one.We've tried multiple different frothers and they all seem to die very quickly. However, this one is the one that lasts the longest. My wife lovers her Chai and this is a vital part of that. She typically has one daily. Not sure why but all of the frothers she's used dont seem to last. So the last time we ordered this, we ordered an extra to have on hand.This heats and blends/froths and it functions well.the one issue we seem to have regularly. It's very hard to see the max fill line and it seem like if you get the milk up to the max fill, it always leaks out the top.Would be nice if this thing was just an inch or 2 taller, or slightly larger around.Its easy to use, just pour milk and push button. (then you gotta clean it)

I really love this frother. It is compact and creates the perfect amount of frothed milk. I actually use nonfat dairy milk, and it makes plenty of froth for one or two full mugs, depending on if you fill it to the min or max level. The temperature is hot (perfect for me), it is quiet, it comes out easily from the frother. The best part is that the design is simple and so it is easy to clean. It is reliable and quiet as well. I have not used the cold function, but I do use the hot froth every day.

The Pankoo frother has been a great addition to my kitchen. It's simple to use, super quiet, and makes rich, creamy foam in seconds — perfect for both hot and iced coffees. I use it daily, and it’s made my coffee feel like a café experience at home. For the price, it’s a fantastic buy. Just something to keep in mind: a few reviews mention durability, but mine has been working perfectly so far. Highly recommend!

While I haven't tried all of the features in this frother, I primarily bought it to make hot lattes, and as a barista of 5 years, this doesn't pass the test. For a good latte, you want a velvety finish that is still drinkable and blends with the coffee well and allows for latte art. This frother only produces very thick, silky foam, which sits on top of the coffee like a big glob instead of mixing with the coffee smoothly and evenly. I even tried turning the machine off before it was completely done frothing to see if the texture was better to little avail, and even then, the froth was cold. The pictures they use for advertising with the latte art and such are unfortunately deceptive. The closest thing you have to latte consistency is the steaming function, but even then, it's not as consistent as I'd like it to be in terms of texture. Nevertheless, it's better than nothing.

This frother has been the best frother ever. Better than others that lose the interior coating from heat over time, better than expensive Nespresso ones. The features are good, it cleans up easily with the provided foam brush, never burns the milk, and the whip speed is perfect for getting LONG lasting foam with tiny bubbles. Perfect score. The only thing that could be a bit better is making the "beeper" sound signaling the end of the whip cycle to be a bit louder for those that can't hear well, or noisy environments.

I can not express how much I love this milk steamer and frother. I enjoy having Chai Lattes and all I have to do is add the milk and chai and it heats and mixes for me in minutes. Its super easy to use. My daughter uses it to make her own hot cocoa. It is used multiple times a week. Very happy with my purchase.

Pros: Not a cheaply made device. It's very well built, solid, nearly impossible to knock over since it's larger and heavier at the bottom. It sits on top of a separate, heavy-ish motor unit. It heats the milk to hot, not warm. There are two settings: press two times to heat the milk, press once to heat + froth. It only takes about an inch of milk in this device to get a ton of foam. Hint: Pour the foam out as soon as she little beep goes off or the foam will separate from the milk and you'll need a spoon to get the foam out. Pour it right away and you get a beautiful creamy foam that just can't be beat. A big plus is that the beeps when you press the settings as well as when the cycles are completed, are nice and soft- not loud and annoying at all. The motor is very quiet, can barely tell it's running and I use it at 5 a.m. when everyone is asleep. And it doesn't take long to heat the milk, maybe 2 minutes on the heat cycle and less time to froth, perhaps a minute and a half. The milk doesn't burn and the froth is extra thick and creamy! It's very easy to clean the pitcher. It has a nonstick finish, inside and out. Simply rinse with hot water. There is one small area on the bottom of ours near the frothing device that may need a couple gentle rubs with a cloth or finger to remove a small buildup of milk residue but it's still so easy to clean. It's sleek and attractive to look at.Cons: In order to get a large cup of milk heated AND get a frothy, beautiful top (see picture I uploaded - I use a 20 oz cup with 1/2 cup hot coffee already in the cup) you will need to use this two times-- once to ONLY heat the milk, and again to make the milk foam or froth. Another con is that if you put even a tad too much milk into the unit, you will see a stream of milk pouring out of the spout, down the pitcher and all over your counter. I keep a folded paper towel under the device. Make sure you keep the milk levels "under," not up to or higher than the two level marks inside the device. You will see the lowest mark is for frothing. Don't go over these lines. You can barely pour an inch of milk into this pitcher to foam the milk without creating a spillover mess. But look how much foam I get! My advice is if you accidentally go to close or over the max fill lines, be safe and pour some of the milk back into the original container until you can almost "see" the lines and especially see the top of the frother at the bottom if you are making foam. Another con is that it's very, very hard to see the milk level lines inside.Finally, the lid is hard to wash IF you allow the milk or foam to spill over the top and you don't rinse it right away. The lid has a thin, narrow groove running around it. If it gets full of foam and you don't rinse it well right away, you'll need something thin to push a small part of a cleaning cloth into the groove to get it all out.I've had other milk foamer units and this is, by, far, the best.

Love this! I don't have to worry about my milk boiling over on the stove because I get distracted easily! I would love if it got a little hotter but this does bring my milk to just about the right temperature. Mind you I usually get my hot drinks extra hot so for other people it'll probably be perfect. So glad I got it, now I can have my matcha lattes in the morning at work without having to worry about cleaning up a mess from the milk boiling over!
