Mirafit 1" Multi Grip Tricep Weight Bar and Spinlock Collars

I’ve been using the Mirafit 1" Multi Grip Tricep Bar for a while now, and it’s made a noticeable difference in my workouts. The multi-grip design is excellent, it allows me to target my triceps from different angles comfortably, which has really helped improve my form and overall muscle engagement. The bar feels sturdy and well-made, and the spin locks hold the weights securely in place, so I can lift confidently without worrying about anything slipping. I’ve definitely seen improvements in my tricep strength and size since adding this bar to my routine, and it’s also easier on my wrists compared to a standard straight bar when doing close-grip presses or skull crushers. A great multi grip tricep bar from mirafit, absolutely solid bar at a great price with really smooth spinlock collars. The bar is is quite weighty aswell, 100% better than than the hollow tube tricep bars. Will last for years.

This multi-grip tricep bar is a quality piece of equipment. It is well made and has a good size and weight to it. The variety of grips improves the range of available exercises for my needs. I think for the price (I paid £34.98 including delivery) it is very good value for money. Highly recommended.

Very impressed with the quality of this bar. I can lift my really old triceps bar with my little finger. This one is much better quality and feels solid. The spinlock feature is very impressive as the collars very nicely spin on to the bar. The grip can be a little rough and slippery, but using gloves can solve this problem. I like the different grip options too. Have also used it for hip thrusts, with a pad, which seems to work well.

If weight bars were people this would be that guy that was kicked out of SAS for being too hard. I've had a few of these over the years and this is by far the best. It's so heavy. It must be made of some proper quality, dense steel and the locks just glide along the bar so smoothly it's like watching a ballet dancer evading a load of donut laden police officers. Beware though, and have some wet wipes handy as it comes quite greasy (anti rust protection) but probably best to wipe that before lifting heavy weights above Ur head but hey, U do U bro!

I was so excited waiting for this to be delivered delivery date was between the 4th and the 7th was delivered today on the 2nd January it's a good wight hevey ish smaller than I thought it would be but still good iv not put any wights on it yet but iv used it with none its good feels good I recommend, there is one think I don't like about it it smells so bad of tabac odd

Ottimo bilanciere, ben fatto. Due diverse prese è il top per bicipiti e tricipiti. Solo il bilanciere pesa con due ferma dischi 8 kg. Consiglio.

Barre à triceps et biceps Nikel !!!! Super qualité , c est du solide. En plus il prends les disques aux diamètres vendus partout chez go sport, decathlon etc...Et grâce aux spinlocks il y a moyen d'utiliser du diamètre 50 mm. Bref la barre parfaite!!!!

bilanciere molto consistente ma la cromatura lascia a desiderare nella parte della filettatura cioe' si sfoglia e ci si taglia decisamente deluso

prodotto valido ben fatto solido ottima cromatura le impugnature sono ben zigrinate e lo reputo un bilanciere con i controfiocchi ......
