Nintendogs + Cats: French Bulldog & New Friends (Nintendo 3DS)

I purchased this for my son as he had just got the Nintendo 3DS for Christmas...My son absolutely loves it, but I have to say that after trying it out myself, I was also very impressed and I also play it regularly!You also get other breeds of dogs and some cats in this pack, so it works out really good for the price - you really get you money's worth!The graphics are great quality and can be played in both 3D and 2D.There are little games, such as frisbee competitions, which is a nice addition!And of course, the pups and kittens are extremely cute! It's great because we cannot have dogs or cats where we live, and this has actually stopped my son constantly asking if we can get a dog, as you have to care for and walk the pups and kittens as part of the game, so I'm pretty impressed!5/5 stars from both myself and my son!

I bought this as I love dogs. I liked the little red poodle on the front as I was thinking of buying one (real one)It's a nice game but some parts are frustrating, for example taking dog for a walk you can't turn round if dog misses a sign cos he was pulling the other way or go back through the cones (get prize at end) if your dog misses or knocks one. even if knocks one a tiny bit you don't get a prize so would have been better with these features and a map to choose where you want to walk, it's a bit random whether you will get to where you want!The competitions are good, though I'd have preferred agility with the lure and frisbee as obedience is too fiddly with AR card and dependent on puppy understanding you and obeying you in a short time so I'm focusing on the frisbee and lure to win the Nintendo cups to sell to get next dog. You can also only enter competitions twice a day, though if you think you will be last you can just turn DS off (save just before going into competition) try again.It's hard to get money as well in beginning especially if you get a puppy that's slow or lazy, check description of puppies personality carefully before choosing, unfortunately I didn't ...knew I wanted red poodle male and just skipped passed the text without actually reading it!It's saving grace is the pedometer feature that allows you to carry it around with you and it counts your steps, if you carry it about all day or stick it in your pocket while you go on wii fit jog for half an hour, you get a good prize which you can then sell for a decent amount to go towards next dog or cat. The cats can't enter competitions though to win you money and you can't take them for walks, though they do go out themselves sometimes and fetch you a present.It's probably best suited for younger kids but it is an easy game if you like something easy to play with while you're watching telly!I got mine used through the marketplace so didn't pay full price for it. I don't think it's worth the full price but would be with some improvements.

i love this game the graphics are amazing and is fun to play, the game came very fast in the post and i got it within a few days of ordering.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my 6 year old. He started to play it once...and never returned to it--perhaps as it is very similar to web pages where you can have a dog / cat pet as well. Thus, I will be selling this on Ebay soon. I think he viewed it more like doing homework than having fun...as you do need to pet the dog, feed it, etc. He was more happy with Furby he had...which was, to be fair, much more immediately engaging. Also, Animal Crossing for the 3DS engaged him a lot more...so would recommend that first as well.

I played the original Nintendogs back in older DS days, had two of the games, this is very similar except it's 3DS and you can call them they learn their names and also you can have a cat.I bought this pre-owned as it was still full price no thanks I got this not for long term play but just to enjoy for a while.

Played the first games on the ds and I loved them. Played the demo to this game and jusy fell in love with it. I love cats and dogs (prefer cats tho). This game looks really good.

This was one of the first 3DS games we bought for my daughter after getting her the console for her birthday. It was a game she had asked for, I think having seen it advertised.I'm not entirely familiar with the detail of the game, but in essence I think it's a VR pet-care concept.My daughter played it solidly for a couple of days, but then her use of it began to dwindle until it was one of the games that just sat in the carry case getting little or no use.The problem - from what she says - is that the options on what you can do with the pets appears to be quite limited. There also seems a problem with the voice recognition software it uses to interact with you. After a day of hearing my daughter and her brother shouting 'SIT!' or 'Pebbles, COME!' into the console during a long car ride, my nerves were shredded!So I think, in essence, this is trying to be the 21st Century version of those 90s Tamagotchi pets but the software - and gameplay - isn't quite 21st Century enough to pull it off.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and she loves it not as thrilling as Mario etc but for the price its an excellent game, you can buy upto three puppies or kittens or mixed.Super fast delivery

Comme le dit l'article il s'agit d'une importation anglaise, mais pas de soucis le jeu est dans la langue où la console est configurée, seule la notice jointe est en anglais, mais connaissez-vous beaucoup d'enfants qui lisent la notice pour jouer?Pas de problème donc!
