Really powerful charging station. I was recommended this so snapped it up in the sales. Took away in a campervan. Great for charging phones etc. You can charge the unit whist driving the van too so always had full battery. We used straightners and a hair dryer off this too. Really pleased with this.

THIS COMPANY IS NOT WORTH EVEN ONE STARDo not deal with company. One of my solar panel stopped working after 12months. The company was contacted and they wanted a video of the problem. I was unable to upload the video via amazon. After a number of conversations with Amazon a collection date was agreed for the whole package. I then had to repeatedly contact Amazon to obtain the return labels from Jackery. On the day of collection nothing happened, back to contacting Amazon to attempt to sort out what was happening. In the meantime Amazon made me a partial refund, approximately 30%. Jackery again requested a video of the fault, which I again explained I was unable to do via Amazon. I have repeatedly ask Amazon to escalate my complaint. At my last phone conversation with Amazon I was told it would be passed for investigation and I would be notified of their findings. That was 21 October 2024 to date I have heard nothing. I am questioning my dealings with Amazon.

Will the Solar panels turn up at a later date as there missing.?Update. The panels arrived the next day. Had no problems with panel installation. Easy.All looking good so far. Ty

I notice this has happened before to other buyers. I bought this at the start of July which arrived and I thought too big and heavy so I returned it unused. I asked for the return labels which came and I printed off. However on the visit to the post office the postage costs for returns had to be paid for. I paid nearly £70 for returning the items in early July. I have followed up with Amazon and Jackery and my money is still not refunded either for the Jackery or the postage that was meant to be included. I have spent hours and dozens of messages but still no refund 4 weeks later so be wary of buying this.

Unfortunately the battery wouldn't charge out of the box, they exchanged it once returned but the whole end to end process was more stressful than it needed to be. I would still recommend Jackery products though, very easy to use and has already stood up to a couple of rural camps
