Airspun Loose Powder Translucent

My grandmother used this brand so I’ve known about it for a very long time. Since my skin is on the oily side, it helps to set my foundation for the day. I’ve never found a product I liked better than this for setting make-up. It’s not something I carry with me though, as it can get messy. I use blotting papers if any oiliness starts to show towards the end of the day. Now my teen daughter has started using it as well. It has literally been used for generations in our family. The color we use most is called naturally neutral. I have very fair skin. My daughter has tan skin and it works well for us both.

This translucent powder is definitely a favorite of mine especially for this price. There is plenty of powder in this case and lasts quite a while. It doesn't beat the Laura Mercier translucent powder but I still love it. I have tried other powders but they were not worth the money or left orange marks on my face.

My mother used this powder, and I used to purchase it at a local store, then they stopped carrying it. I am so happy I found it on Amazon. It is a great face powder for generations of use. If you are looking for a good face powder, I highly recommend this old faithful!

This Coty powder has been around a LONG time and I thought I would try it due to longevity and the fact that my grandmother used it as well. I can understand why she did. It covers well, stays in place almost all day and the fragrance is intoxicating! I look forward to wearing it because of the fragrance! If anyone were to give you a kiss on the cheek and smelled it, they might think you were wearing a perfume instead of the powder.

A classic that may have to be put in my dust bin of history. I used to love this powder but over the years switched to other products. When L'Oreal stopped making the loose powder I love (a much more affordable dupe of Laura Mercier) I thought I'd go back to this. I bought translucent and no matter how little I apply I look like a dried out prune. I can get away with it if I dab it on just the high points of my face and use a setting spray. I'm bummed - used to love this and the fragrance takes me back. If you have a more oily or youthful complexion this may be the powder for you. I'm bummed as this is a great value.

I think I’m going to like this. My teenage granddaughters put me onto the practice of baking make up on their face, and they said this powder works as well as the more expensive kind. I also tried something I read about, in which you dip a damp sponge and press it on your face. That works extremely well, but it will take some practice. I left myself little cakey spots. In either event, this is translucent enough that it doesn’t turn my face different colors, and yet it does help my make up last, especially with my large pores.

I bought one of these in the color naturally neutral and I ended up liking it so much I ordered a second one. It goes on smooth and light weight. Beautiful color over time my foundation. I decided this is the powder I'm using for now on. This one is a huge amount of powder. Definitely recommend and definitely recommend getting this big one. It will last longer. Definitely recommend
