Swagtron SwagBoard NG-1 Electric Longboard Motorized Electric Skateboard with Wireless LED Remote (Renewed)

I weight 130lb the max speed measured was about 6-7mph. The battery only lasted about a mile and a quarter Maybe less. The motor wore down quickly after less than a month of use. The motor is within one rear wheel. It wore down to the metal cap that covers the motor and a couple of days ago two of the three screws(on the motor) had fallen out. It is a bit heavy and paired with the handles that are placed horribly, it is not balanced, when carrying it and this causes discomforts when carrying for short periods of time. The one year warranty states that if they replace any part, they will replace it only once. Once! Imagine having to buy a new swagboard every couple of months because of a low quality wheel! Nuh uh. Too expensive. Not to mention having to create a jpeg or a pdf of your proof of purchase cause they will not accept a simple screenshot... Good luck to those who already bought this thing, and, to those interested, steer clear from this one. P.s. the refurbished board is not designed the same way as in the picture. The battery is offset and the motor is on the back. This is the difference i noticed.

I would not buy this board for any experience skateboard rider, they will be disappointed. It would be okay for a child or youth that was light weight and novice on a board. The quality seemed and build seemed fine but the board is really built for children in my opinion. I purchased a refurbished board in my attempt to get a good board (this was my second purchase and it to was sent back for a refund) thinking that all the bugs would have been worked out. Battery really didn't last more than about 30 minutes on a full charge and the board is REALLY lacking power/torque for heavier riders. NOTE: This is the description to the board I finally was happy with as far as price/performance (Alouette PHOENIX RYDERS Electric Skateboard 4.4AH Lithium Battery,Dual Motor Each 350W, 32 Inches Maple with Remote Control).

Product description set it comes with all relevant accessories. It did not. There was no charger included and hence no way to charge the battery on the board. Also in the product description it said it looked and function like it was new. It did not. It was dirty, worn, with chips out of the deck top and sides and a ding on the battery on the bottom so I don’t even know if the battery is safe anymore since it’s a lithium battery. I am returning this product.

DO NOT buy a REFURBISHED Motorized skateboard. I highly doubt if they opened the motor and looked inside for damage or wear. I returned this one and purchased a BRAND NEW one for only $20 more, and it seems like things are good so far.Spend the extra $20

broke within 2 weeks motor in wheel needs to be replaced every month basically.

It was awful after I rode it once it stopped working.

I like this board was my first electric board and gotta say it’s holding up alright
