Very favorable
This seasoning is wonderful; I'm quite fond of it. I use it on my cucumbers and meats. It's not overly spicy, but it's full of delicious flavor and aroma.The bottle wasn't completely full when it arrived, but I believe that's just due to the bottle's size. I assume the weight is accurate.

Why is this so addicting?
Ran out of my standard red pepper flakes, saw this and decided to give it a try. It's amazing and I don't even understand why. I mean it is just red chili flakes, but there is something different about the taste (in a good way). Not as much heat as the regular crushed red pepper flakes you can get at the local grocery, but there is a nice warmth to it. I have been putting this on everything and I really have been enjoying the flavor. Would definitely reorder this (and will need to soon at this rate)

Not too spicy
I use this on the regular for my kimchi. I can add a little extra because it's somewhere between chili powder and chili flakes for heat. It tastes a bit more flavorful than either of those two things. As we all know kimchi gets spicier and more sour the older it gets so this stuff is the perfect in between. I really like it for all my Korean food and some other Asian foods. It's also great with ramen and eggs.

I’ve been cooking over 50 years and have always used crushed red pepper flakes. I saw this on a cooking show and thought I’d give it a try. This is my second order! I love it!!! It isn’t quite as hot as red pepper flakes and it has an almost faint smoky flavor to it. I’ve used it as I would my red pepper and really like the flavor. It’s excellent in oriental cooking but also great on pizza and pretty much everything else! It’s ground more than red pepper flakes also... When you add it to oil it turns the oil bright red. The last time I used it in stuffed mushrooms it was great!I highly recommend buying this. Give it a try. You’ll be happy you did😁
