Buy this was a crap shoot
Definitely not in good shape. You're barely able to get any game to load up. Also not 20gb, mine was 13gb so don't think about playing games that require you to load a game disc before playing.

Fantastic quality and value
Fantastic quality in the refurbishment. Arrived quickly and was packed with care. I have a house full of happy people after our 360 died. This came up instantly and works perfectly.
