Bought this for our 2 cats for Xmas. They loved it! We thought we had a hit but then it started to fail us. The feather stopped moving in and out within 4 days. Then the butterflies started to fall apart. Less than 2 weeks and now it is useless. I have email vendor support, waiting on their reply. I did hear from the vendor, shortly after reaching out and the promptly refunded me. So they did the right thing but why waste customer time and money selling something they know doesn’t last?

(Recevied January 29, 2023)Our three cats loved this toy, until the peek-a-boo part stopped working today. Changed the batteries and tried manually starting the peek-a-boo option. No good. Highly disappointed in the durability of this product.

Purchased 2 replaced all are broken within a week

My 12 week old very feisty kitten loves this thing. It keeps her entertained for hours when she’s extra playful. I was a bit skeptical since there are a few different versions of this type of toy on the market but I’m super glad I got this. Kitty love love loves it.

I have two cats, and they really do love this toy. They chase the butterfly and the try to grab the "mouse" when it randomly pops out of a hole. The only issue I have with it is I don't get the round attachment on the bottom, that you put the catnip ball in. Doesn't seem to do much for my cats and only makes the toy less stable. Using it without the bottom attachment is fine. I was also hoping that the butterfly wire was a little longer (actually, a lot longer), so the cats had to jump up to get it. But they do seem to like it and do chase it around. My cats really don't care about the balls in the track on the side. I have no doubt that when my cats were kittens, they would have played with this toy a lot more and would have loved chasing the balls in the track on the side.I really do like the auto shut-off feature and the auto-on feature (turns on if a cat starts to play with it while it is off).Overall, this is a good product, probably best suited for kittens.

My cat loves this she plays with it multiple times a day.

Not a very challenging cat toy…feather sticks out whenever the toy is at rest and it’s super slow when in play mode if it even moves at all. The butterfly action is good. It was easily assembled. It’s just very disappointing for the money spent.
