Q: 2 or 4 mop pads? Many customers are saying they received only 2. Not 4 as in the description.

4 mop pads. MOPALL are very sorry, there were only 2 mop pads in some packages due to a warehouse error, we have checked all the stock and made sure that the package contains 4 mop pads.

Q: How do I get in touch with customer care support? There is some issue with the mop handle and not working well.

MOPAll has a support site on the Amazon site. Look under last purchased. Right hand side there is a product support. I hope this helps.

Q: Can I fill the bucket only half way, and dip both ends of the mop one by one, so don't have to fill the bucket all the way up? If not, why not?

No, the handle only goes all the way to one side, not both sides.

Q: Is this mop head sturdy? My previous mop was the second time that mop head broke off the handle.

More sturdy. The connection between the MOPALL mop head and the pole uses a metal buckle, which is more durable than plastic.
