Good product. But a lot of steam comes out from the pouring nozzle. Heats fast. Lightweight but sturdy. Using this for 2 weeks without much issues.

It's good but the automatic shut off function is not useful for those who want to make a stir fry or shallow fry or something like that , boiling milk gave a nice dark burnt stain and it was difficult to wash it off (yes the stain goes away but takes some effort) rest was good.Then i started having issue with the lid the handle was rotating on its own a few days ago and i tightened it and then it came out completely, there seems to some problem in the inside of the handle (like the grooves were not done properly or something so once the screw came out i either had to get a replacement or make do with it) i contacted the customer service and yeah that is the solution i got.

This is a life saver product. You can do multiple things with this product and is very useful. I had an issue but the agaro team was very quick to resolve and provided a replacement. It is easy to use and the build quality is also great! And must say it is value for money!

It's a great addition to my small kitchen and my suitcase!CONS :No Pouring Spout/Guide: This is a significant drawback. The kettle lacks any kind of pouring spout or guide, which makes pouring very messy. It spills quite a bit, especially when the kettle is full. This is a real frustration and something AGARO should definitely address in future designs.Overall, I'm absolutely thrilled with the AGARO Regency Multi Cook Kettle with Steamer. It's a fantastic value, especially for travelers and parents. It's perfect for small kitchens and even better for preparing baby food and heating milk on the go. The 2-year warranty also gives me peace of mind. I highly recommend it!

I have been using the multi-cook kettle for over a year now. My major use is for boiling or warming water (power setting 1). And in such a use I have discovered a design flaw.The kettle lacks a spout or pour-friendly design, as a result when pouring from the kettle, the liquid is bound to run down the outside walls of the kettle resulting in a mess every time you pour from it.My request to the manufacture is to to either alter the design (make a broader lip like a saucepan, if spout is not possible) or to provide a secure fitting silicone spout with the product so there's no mess created when pouring liquids.That is only reason I have given it 3 stars. Otherwise it is a well designed and sturdy product with SS304 food-grade stainless steel.

After using 4 month product has stopped working but agaro help me with the replacement very good customer service go for it.
