Please read before your purchase.
1st this is a pig to fit, its very deep and requires a 47mm back box / knockout box. Which I would guess wouldnt be there already in most houses. And it requires a neutral wire, which can be rewired for most 3 gang switches I guess. The instructions are basic and not clear which app to download, the QR code made me download a uSwitch app which is wrong and it should be eWeLink (if your buying this, download eWeLink app now while you know whats its called). The worst thing about this is latency, the time lag of pressing the app on / off button or using Alexa to switch on or off is a very long time, I'm used to using TP Link smart switches which are just a few milliseconds, where this light switch seems to send the signal to China and back before the action happens.

So close to being good, but performance is not consistent.
(Uk wiring) Arrived in good time, Instructions were ok. Works....some of the time. Unclear as to why it doesn't work but it's dropped off the wireless a few times. Tried and tested with alexa, again works some of the time. Other times alexa can't connect through the linked app. Tested alexa with other devices at the same time and works fine, so lightswitch app or hardware are the issue here. Has great potential...just need to iron out the kinks.

No use for LED bulbs.
After ordering the product I was looking forward to installing them. After a fairly simple install including set up via the app, I found the switch didn’t work. The LED lights would just pulse off and on. I went out and brought new LED’s both dimmable and non dimmable but instead of pulsing off and on, only one of the lights would work (6 bulbs in the light fitting). Please NOTE that these switches seem to not work with LED lights. There are no instructions as to which LED bulbs these are compatible with.

Useless smart switch
Reason one star, as this switch doesn't work on Wifi, not pairing with iPhone or android devices...have tried a lot but no luck. I have four of these switches in my home none of them connects. Useless smart switch.

Nice modern design
Nice switch just make sure you're wiring suits requirements (permanent negative feed needed). The app is great and easy to set up, Alexa or Google Home works well. (there has been a few instances in Jan2018 where the servers were down which meant you couldn't control the switch by the app or Alexa/Google Home. It seems stable now though and works great.

waste of time
the switch would lose wifi connection so powered of then back on but after 10 seconds would lose it again kept trying ths for over an hour ith no success so decided to return as must be faulty,would not buy again waste of time and money

Fantastic item and works well - sometimes the server gets busy with the app that’s associated with the switch for it to work with Alexa, but, it’s a really great item!
