Not good don’t buy
The media could not be loaded. This mill is no good … it keeps cracking up the gold.. as you can see in the photos and video .. it’s not shaping equally square .. I would if you can send two properly made roller

High Quality
Arrived very well packed. It was very easy to set up and assemble. The instructions were clear and concise. The quality of the mill is superb.

Not sure high price is worth it
I thought this would be a superior machine to other lower priced mills, but it is not. It works fine, but I would not buy it again. An issue to consider in the US is the lack of timely customer support. This seller offers zero support. I especially would not buy this or anything from this vendor. I have bought probably over a thousand products on Amazon since it started as a bookseller, and this vendor has been the worst.
