Throttle body fit perfect on my Holley intake 5.3LS swap I'm doing.

Must remove throttle blade screws and use lock tight, and drill the idle air hole a little bigger.

Idles Great
Worked like a charm on my 5.3 ls. Was having issues at idle on 102mm. I got this 92mm with sensors, which i had my doubts. I've never been happier with the results. Idles correctly with a tune. Highly recommend it.
