Excellent support from the manufacturers
I bought a 'used - like new' WiFi 3 gang switch from Amazon. When it arrived, I found first that the enclosed instruction leaflet was in German. I contacted CNBINGO support and within 24 hours they emailed me the English instructions. I then fitted the switch, but could not get it to start pairing with the wifi. I contacted CNBINGO again, with a photo of the switch body, and they emailed back to say that the switch Amazon had sold me was not the wifi model! They promised to send me the wifi switch that I should have received and within 3 days it arrived, I fitted it and it works very well. The set up was straightforward. Complements to CNBINGO for a level of support that I was not expecting and often don't get from other suppliers.

Works great
I was a bit worried with some negative comments made in reviews but having received the switch and fitted it, I can confirm that in my case these comments were unfounded. The switch was easy to fit, connects to the WiFi easily and remembers it's configuration, reconnecting automatically when the power is removed. I replaced a manual switch for my porch lights with this so I could control it with my smartlife app. Atm I have it on a schedule but it was my intention to have a motion sensor to trigger it. Unfortunately the sensor didn't work for my application so am rethinking but this switch is good and looks very smart

Not worth the effort
This a very poor design. You are required to assemble the switch. I could not get the parts to fit together. I switch part need to be inserted in to a metal frame, and the glass front panel then clips over the metal frame and switch , but the switch part was to proud so the glass wouldn’t fit . Let’s face it we want to take out of the box and go . NOT to put together a kit of part . No I can’t not recommend this switch

Perfect.....apart from no fitting instructions.
This review is only 4 stars because of the lack of instructions for installation. As with another review, I found the screws provided did not fit into the standard size screw holes in the switch back box. The reason that this appeared problematic is that it looks as it the switch is designed to slot onto the 2 screws protruding from the back box and then turn to tighten in place. I thought this because the back of the switch appeared to suggest the screws slotted in to holes big enough for the screw head and then turned into tighter groves. This is a red herring!! The front of the switch (white part) does in fact detach from the rest. You do this by inserting a small flathead screwdriver into a small grove on the bottom. Of the switch and pry it open. Don’t worry, it does not break!!At last, I was able to secure the plate using the standard screws from fro. My old switch. The facia just clips back on.Thereafter, the process of connecting to WiFi and Alexa for voice activation was a little tricky. You MUST connect the switch to a 2.4Ghz WiFi signal. Many modern WiFi routers, such as Sky Q, may need to be configured to generate a separate 2.4Ghz network. I had to create a separate network with a unique WiFi network name. If your router used the same network name for 2.4 and 5Ghz, the switch may struggle to connect.Very connected to WiFi, the Smart Life app found the switch immediately and it worked perfectly. Next I had to enable the Smart Life skill in the Amazon Alexa app. Once the skill was enabled, Alexa would not immediately discover the device but by the time I had a cup of tea, the switch was showing in the Alexa app. A few minutes to configure the switch name and I was able to turn the en-suite bathroom light on and off with “Alexa, turn the bathroom light off/on”. Finally no more having to get out of bed when my wife leaves the light on!!!!So far it works flawlessly and looks very smart on the wall. Had there been fitting instructions supplied, it would have received 5 stars.

Install immediately to identify faulty units
Only one out of the two switches I bought worked. It has a faulty L2 channel. No way to return the faulty one as my electrician took his time installing it and now the return window is closed only a couple of months after I bought it!

Very Good
Fitted by our electrician so I cannot comment on the installation. I can say this looks good and communicates out of the box with Smart life and Alexa. We used it to control lights at front of house on a timer.

Work well, easy to set-up
Purchased two of these and one one-gang to run my complex heating and hot water system (5 zones). At the end of the day, heating controls are simple on/off switches so these were the on/off switches chosen because they had manual override.I found the switches very easy to connect to Smart Life (again switches were chosen because they worked with Smart Life - I have other devices on Smart Life) and they are working well (installed yesterday). I'll update the review if anything changes. One thing to watch: the one gang had a plastic back plate which meant it deformed if over tightened onto the back box ( i used 41mm (?) back boxes from Screwfix). This meant that the cover would not snap on and the manual override didn't work. The two gang switches had metal back plates which meant that this wasn't an issue with the two gang switches.
