Took me a while to suss out how to use the dispenser but it's actually impressively easy - just twist it, doh! It's so much better than those temperamental click things from Nelsons, or faffling for ages to get just one pillule rather than half a capful. I'll probably make this my go-to company in future.

This product was recommended to me by my homeopath for joint pain and muscle/tendon/ligament pain. I must admit I was sceptical but I am converted!! I was maxing out on OTC painkillers but with Rhus Tox I barely need to take anything else. Amazing little things.

good item at reasonable price

Great item, used them before, good brand. Ordered this a top up for ones in use so I know the product is good. However, the container is poorly designed. There are four very small openings in the top of the container, the top twists to align with an opening and the one of the little balls inside can come out. Only problem is the holes are nor big enough for the little balls so they cannot get through. I had to force the contained open to get to them, but then I had to find another very small contained to store them. A quality control issue or just poor design, happen on both the items I ordered.

Thought I ordered cream.i give the tables ago.it doesn't say how many a day you can take it'd not help me in any way with pain
