Works well but is quite sticky

I have a mixed feelings about this one. When I apply it on my lower back I can feel nice, cool sensation that last for quite a while. When I rub it on my knee - nothing. So maybe it depends where you apply it.

This non medicated gel is excellent for aches and pains. I have purchased several over the years.

This roll on muscle relief is brilliant much better than using the gel in tubes which can be messy and the sprays are bit hit and miss regards to the spray stops working after a while even when plenty in it.

Bought to use on holiday in case of knee pain - so easy to apply and really works to chill the area. Now make sure I always have one at home and when we go on holiday - will certainly buy again

It’s OK… not great I much prefer Biofreeze roll on which has more of a kick and is not as sticky and nicer on the skin.This is a good second if Biofreeze is not available

I have arthritis and so I obviously don't expect this to completely take away my pain but this product is amazing and it really does give relief from pain. I especially use it on my neck, back and shoulders, you only need a little bit, I also have bought the deep heat roller too which is just as good depending on the type of pain you have for which you use. The rollers are so much better than the creams/ gels because you have to apply and then wash your hands and usually there's still some on your hands and it will cause them to get very hot or cold and so with the roller it's much more convenient, can pop it in your bag as well to use on the go if needed.
