Great book, followed all the diet recommendations after a gallstone attack that left me in hospital.I Avoided the operation to remove gallstones. I had one additional attack that took me to hospital because the stone had shrunk so much the gall bladder thought it should go. .Best recommendations in book is the diet and additional supplements like cider vinegar. There are expensive herbs recommended but I could not afford these.I read in another book that Raddish is also ready good so I also eat loads of these, 200gms/day for 2 weeks. It took 5 months to go through the process, so it was not very quick and had quite a few days off work, but I have now been pain free for 6 months and no other symptoms.

Help keep gallstone attacks at bay
This book was recommended to be as i have recently discovered that i have gall stones and dont want to have my gall bladder removed if i can help it.It gives easily understandable information for those who want to keep,or have had their gall bladder removed and want to improve their symptoms and maintain good liver health.Lots of good info re foods to eat and those to avoid. Its quite a slim book but it says what it has to without getting bogged down with jargon.
