Container appears more durable thick snap plastic-It's Not? It's thin 1 piece and Very small, bought for Grandchild's toys .. tooooo tiny, flimsy.. really don't what it could be used for?Better to get Rubbermaid with lid container for me.

The media could not be loaded. This is a unique style of storage bin. It starts out flat, and all you have to do is pull up on both ends. Within seconds, you have a new storage bin. What I like most about this one is that it looks more like a table, or a shelf than a storage container. This allows a lot more options regarding where it can be kept. It can pretty much be placed in any room of the house, because of the wooden lid. It allows this bin to be used like a little table, and all you need to help it blend in are the right items on the top of it. It is very sturdy. I've never had it give out, or collapse without me wanting it to do so. It holds a surprising amount of items, and I have yet to have anyone notice that it's an actual storage container instead of a table. Lol. This is a fabulous product that's versatile in both purpose and placement.

I've seen bins like this one sold from different places, like Costco, but the thing that sets this one apart is the wooden lid. It doesn't feel like solid wood to me, but it still looks decent. We're currently using this to store magnetic tiles, and the wood lid really helps give a cleaner look to the bin overall - without it I think it would definitely look a lot more cheap. So you get the convenience of a basket that can be collapsible, but with the added bonus of a wood lid to spruce it up. The bin itself works well, and even holds up okay to the heavy tiles we've been putting in it, so overall I'm pretty happy with it.

This item was way smaller than described and the quality was poor. I hoped for something bigger and sturdier. The dimensions were listed but didn’t seem accurate.

This is a handy folding crate to have around. I love how easy it is to pop it up for use & to fold it flat for when I don't need it. The plastic is sturdy enough to be able to store & carry most things. The lid is sturdy & looks to be to be made out of pressed wood. The color & wood grain pattern look nice. Another nice thing is that the wood design is on both sides of the lid so it doesn't matter which side is facing up when you put the lid on. The lid is easy to wipe clean; the crate part is easy to wipe clean on the bottom surface, a little harder if the sides get dirty because of the indents of the pattern. I would have like a way to be able to lock the lid on place in case the crate falls over in the car, but it's still very usable.

I have a number of collapsible containers exactly like this that I keep in the back of my car that are plain black, but it's nice to have something with a bit more style that I can keep for storing things in the office. The off-white color is great, it's super sturdy when extended, and the lid stays level on top without any wiggle. I'm personally not a huge fan of the wood grain appearance on the lid but it's definitely not a deal breaker for me.
