Voltas 1 Ton 3 Star, Inverter Split AC (Copper, LED Display, Anti-dust Filter, 123V Vectra Elegant, White)

I recently purchased the Voltas 1 Ton 3 Star Inverter Split AC, and I’m extremely satisfied with its performance. The cooling is fast and consistent, even during peak afternoons. The inverter technology keeps the room temperature stable without frequent on/off cycles, which also helps save electricity. The indoor unit is very quiet...perfect for sleeping at night...and the design looks modern and clean. Installation was smooth, and the technicians explained everything properly. The remote is simple to use, and the airflow covers the room evenly. For a 1-ton AC, it works perfectly for bedrooms and small living spaces. Energy consumption is also reasonable for daily use. Overall, this AC offers great value for money, reliable cooling, and the trusted quality of Voltas. Highly recommended!

Nice Air conditioner exactly under the budget for a small room requirement

The worst decision I made was purchasing a 1-ton inverter AC from Amazon. From that point, it’s been a nightmare. The AC was delivered with no gas, resulting in no cooling from day one. I attempted to request a replacement immediately after noticing the issue, only to find that there was no stock available for replacement within my return window. I’m left with a non-functional AC and a string of unfulfilled promises from Amazon. The situation with Voltas made matters worse. Despite countless calls to customer service, I received only empty promises that a technician would contact me within 1-2 days. One technician confirmed that the gas might have leaked or the AC was delivered with no gas, but assured me another technician would come and fix it the very next day. This never happened. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I am deeply disappointed. To everyone, please don’t buy ACs from these online platforms. You might end up with the same issues, as Amazon will sell defective products and then shift the blame to the warehouse or seller. I strongly recommend visiting the nearest showroom to make your purchase instead.

Our room is around 130 sq ft. Room cools within roughly 10mins. Almost nil noise. I got it for a price of 26729 by opting for No cost EMI via amazon ICICI CC. What I liked? 1- Great installation from Voltas. Installation guys reached me by 3-4 days of the delivery 2- Almost zero noise heard . 3- The first free service also was done without any hassle. What I did not like.: - It takes quite a lot of time for initialization approx. 2 mins after which the actual cooling starts. - There is a light indicator of circle shaped, which never turns off. This is quite annoying as it does not turn it to OFF even if we switch OFF the lamp in the remote. - The remote has no backlight. Quite a tedious task to find the temperature value during the night. Other points. - Installed stabilizer for an amount of 2k - The installation cost was around ~1700

AC is working fine. Good to go. 1. Dimensions are not as per description on Amazon. It's 80 x 19 x 29. LxBxH 2. It seems used remote is provided. Disappointed by seeing the remote without stickers. 3. Installation team charged 999 + GST 180 + 340 white tapping (which made no sense to me) + 90 rs for extended pipe of 1-1.5 meter (overcharged) + 270 for 2 meters of extended wire for compressor (again overcharged) + 850 for stand. Also they went without turning on the AC saying technical team will come and help you. Firstly Amazon delivered it after 3 days despite of being the parcel in same city. Secondly this unprofessional behaviour of installation team. It took almost 6 days from date of purchase till turning the AC on perfectly. 4. No noise observed. So thumbs up 👍 Update: They provided new Remote on our request over email. Happy with service now.

Value for money. Working perfectly for a small room.

Did not like the attitude of the person who came for setup.

Don't buy any AC from Amazon, Amazon is fooling the end customer. Fake promise of 5 years warranty on PCB, whereas the brand rejects it saying that it does not apply on online shopping. When you raise this issue with amazon, they will just keep on raising tickets with no actual resolution. Better to purchase it from any store where warranty is genuine.
