This is a good product to use for health. But not on a regular basis. When taking in oil you must be balance. This product is one to add to your health regiment.

This is a must-have for people with arthritis
This supplement helped cure the arthritis in my thumb joints. I discovered this product by reading an article about nutrition that reduces rheumatoid arthritis.
