i have been wanted to connect my three laptops to my two screens and my desk was cluttered so decided to order this switch to connect it all up. Although the setup instruction is quite straight forward if you are a IT person. I set it all up and faced few issues where auto scan wont stop , my third monitor wont connect through usb-c dock. So i contacted on the number printed on the back of the box through whats app. As the support is international bear with them to get back to you. But once i got the reply i managed to sort it out eventually. The box comes with a power supply but it powers up without plugging in the power supply as well. I believe my third screen was not working because my power supply although plugged in was not plugged in the socket firmly. So hence it took me a while to figure out the issue.One improvement i would do is have a reset button and autoscan on/off button on the box and then it would be perfect instead of hotkeys. as its really hard to figure out whether you have managed to execute the hotkeys shortcut correctly or not. But overall once set up everything is seamless and i can work more efficiently now. giving only 4 stars in stead of 5 due to the set up issues. But support was great.

Cable ordered to replace one that was damaged by my height adjustable desk. Cable was very sturdy and continued to work for a long time after being damaged. This replacement works perfectly.

The box itself is small and supplied with a nice selection of cables. Installation was straightforward.For my first laptop, a Dell XPS15 via a dock, connected fine, either with dual DP->HDMI or DP + HDMI into the KVM.I have two 28" 4K monitors.My second laptop, a Lenovo P52 connected via HDMI and a USB-C or ThunderBolt was only able to drive a single 4K monitor with the other only able to run at 1920x1080. No matter what 4k cables I used it would not change the resolution.This may be my configuration as I'm sure the KVM is capable of driving dual 4k monitors.

Simple instructions, reasonable quality wiring. AT the price point, it would have been nice to have better wires though, perhaps some 90 degree connectors, etc. Back of the KVM gets very busy very quickly and you'll want to hide it all away in a LARGE cable tray. Also worthwhile using velcro cable ties to make sure everything is secure and can't bend out of the ports.Remote is simple and effective - disabled all hotkeys and it's fine.Work Laptop refuses to recognise USB devices connected via KVM, including KBD, Mouse, webcam, headset etc, but that is possibly due to security settings on the laptop? Video switches fine.Other than that, does what it says on the tin. Easy to set up for anyone who isn't a complete muppet.

I absolutely love this device and does exactly as you expect it to but it does have a few quality (material) drawbacks.The cable connectors themselves are very weak, managed to ruin one A cable while setting up just by the cable having a bit of strain on it, the remote control cable also bent completely at the connector when the cable was routed behind the desk. (connector for remote on back would have been a better design choice)The keyboard/mouse shortcuts can be extremely annoying, being a developer I find myself constantly triggering the mouse hotkey to swap screens while using middle click and the calculator button on my keyboard now sends my machine to sleep.I would recommend this to anyone who wants a nice tidy setup with multiple machines but be aware of the connector strain and hotkey annoyances.Otherwise this would have gotten 5 stars.

This switch looks well built and came with a full set of cables 4 hdmi, 2 usb3 and a remote switch plus psu. It was very simple to connect up even though the instructions are a little difficult to read ( although I didn't)The only issue I have had is that my keyboard seemed to lock up when booting one of my machines and would not function. I found that it I made sure that it was switched to the correct pc before booting then the problem went away. this could be due to the type of keyboard that I have as I don't have another to test it with. Other than that minor issue I have no other issues although I have been only using it for one day.so far very pleased.

This is a great kvm as it has so many functions not inly the dual monitor function but als the shared audio via the 3.5mm Jack's this shares both input and output , a shared USB port I have a 7 port USB hub plugged in and this has allowed 4 pc's to share all attached USB devices including USB mic and conference camera . I also like the different ways you can control switches between devices.
